Yeah i know how to input the coordinate, question is in which format.. Typing the entire thing together is a 17 didgit long coordinate which is wrong & produces a CDU input error.. Bah i'm so confused lol :doh:

Ok so the N-4409821 E-04330386 are L/L coordinates, how do i put it to use however? I guess i'm not going to type N4409821E04330386 into the CDU and voila there is my target? :huh:

Rigth, i can't wrap my head around how coordinates work in this game.. Or in real life for that matter :P I'm doing a mission which in the briefing lists me a set of coordinates for certain targets, it looks like this : N-4409821 E-04330386 I know how to type coordinates into the CDU, such as the ones the JTAC but this looks nothing like those. It's an essential part learning this but i can't make sence of it.. I tried to read up on how coordinates work but i'm so confused. I know there are L/L & UTM coords but the difference between these as far as i know is that L/L is east and UTM is north.. i think? :doh:

I wouldn't bother with the campaign yet tbh. Some missions are so broken you'd ask yourself if they were even tested. Nothing a patch can't fix though.

Was also wondering this, reading through the CDU part in the manual only made me more confused :noexpression: EDIT: Your method worked, MadTommy. Thanks a bunch! It's alot easier learning it from someone else than reading through the manual which can be quite brutal at times :P

A proper congratulations to you folks over at ED. You've really set out and made a masterpiece that's the most rewarding 'game' bar-none i've ever had the pleasure of playing! I've never really been heavily into the sim-genra. Lack of patience has always been my biggest problem, and the fact that i'm what you can call a "slow-learner" has always made me give up. You've gone and converted me bigtime! I can't put my finger on exactly what it is that this game did to me to make me want to learn it inside-out, let alone I can't remember the last time i actually read a manual, even opened one! The feeling of "OMG OMG OMG" the first time my GBU-38 hit a T-80 is a feeling i'll never forget, though it was an expensive one, very same night i went ahead and picked up 2 more monitors & the HOTAS Warthog :joystick: Every single day i learn something new, and it's just as rewarding every single time. So a massive congrats on the release and best wishes for the future. :thumbup:

If we see a increased interest we'll increase the server cap. But for the sake of server stability it's best kept at a low for now to ensure a safe flight. :joystick:

Hey there, anyone actually go and reconfigure the profile for the TM Warthog? I see lots of profiles on here for the cougar and G940 and X52 ect ect but no profiles made for the TM Warthog. I am just curious to see if anything has been created better then the default in DCS A10. Thanks
