I've used a 1024x768 projector since 2002. It was good for a while, but I didn't like being forced to play in the dark. It was also 'fuzzy', and small font was hard to read. I'm sure that would all be solved with higher res, but going 1920x1024 on a 46" Samsung LCD has been a huge, huge improvement. No loss in immersion at all. Just my 2 cents.

This mod must have been a lot of work-many thanks.
