Hey guys, i considering buying the RealSimulation F-16 Grip and Lightning Base for the upcoming Viper module.. A question if you use it in this setup do you need the Grip to connect via Bluetooth or is enough to plug it into the base...?

I would love to see some Hoggit liveries like the ones for the F/A-18C, maybe fictional but damn the Viper would look magnificient in them... :)

I agree totally, better to get all the fancy possibilities later, and a bugs free aircraft from start, if i gotta start with gun and rockets fine by me, then i can focus learning the aircraft in detail, before moving on to specialized weaponry.

Would readig the Guide be helpfull or confusing as preparation for the Viper?

Hey, Since Google couldn't help with the answer i am more than sure i can have it here... What are the distances needed for takeoff and landing the F-16, there is a small airfield on PG map or if i want to use it on the Normandy map... Thanks in advance

Hi, Tried so read through the many interesting posts on the Viper but couldn't find the answer for the following questions: ED states that there will also be Turkish and Israeli versions of the F-16C, are these exported versions, the exact same model/variant as the american ??? or can we difference in a american F-16C and the israeli and turkish..? Hi Dermongornot and FlyingVamp, I have been in the community on/off for a long time, and now been away for almost 2 years. Now i want to come back in and start up again, and this thread was just perfect for planning my return to DCS and the upcoming Viper! So thanks a lot FlyingVamp for the thread and Dermongornot for the helpfull answer, this is one the thinks there makes me smile everytime i come to DCS forums, people are serious in friendly and helpfull way..! Hope to see ya in the Vipers or just in the skies..

Hi guys, Need advice and support again...! But i know the community is always ready to help :) I haven't flown any DCS since Januar, and is totally blank again, but i want to prepare myself for the upcoming F-18C, and therefor want to refresh everything from cold start ups to navigation etc.. :pilotfly: So my question is which aircraft have the best training missions for the above, the L-39C or the Hawk...
