As the title; the George AI works perfectly in COOP, laser designating and moving the I beam cursor appropriately. However, in multiplayer (with me hosting, and third party to rule out local issues), when entering the COOP mode the I cursor will freeze in place, thereby being useless.
Using IHADSS and manually cuing the target still works in multiplayer, so rockets can be still used online, just not in the ideal way.
