Cockpit MFD resolution was set to 512. I thought ed had reduced quality to match the sniper pod. Luckily not. The update changed value to 512 in settings.

When you activate QuadViews in DCS, do you also activate Eye tracking? (If you do, don't)
-
I've had it happen two times. No idea why, I'm afraid..
-
Thanks, but I don't know what you are talking about. What game settings? -These are folders..
-
I see you have not ticked "Pimax Central priority rendering" either. I will try that also. Maybe that'll help. Edit: Didn't help.
-
It is NOT SSAO; it is the QV!
-
Yep. Three times this week within a campaign in Caucasus; Sudden nose down during flight. Rocket at the flare when landing.
-
Thanks for the clarification. But yeah. I got that to. -Cleaning the lenses to no avail.

Just trying to get rid of this "to-often" written abomination
-
You guys talking about "Moiré" ? I see it in th F-16 MFD where there are two distinct lines in purple and blue (or was it red?) Also, the MMS in Kiowa. I get rid of it by disabling/experimenting with AA and DLSS settings. (Off, preferably) Also, try to adjust the PIMAX hight on your face.
-
Goddammit! It was also the QV that caused the "drive-me-crazy-for months-on-end" sticky screen/swimming phenomenon. And it got much worse without Mbucchia's layer. Now I have disabled it all together.
-
I disabled QV, enabled DLSS with the "HUD_MFD_after_DLSS = true" advice from Peedee. Looks good, and perfomance is pretty great. I can not, however, choose a spesific preset in the nVidia app, so I just went with "Latest" -Not sure about the F4 Maverick TV screen.. Kinda looks a bit mushy. Could be placebo. Thanks a lot, though!
-
Thank you. I have been using Mbucchia's all the time. Just now recently, I've been testing DCS without. They both have those shadows
-
Thanx for great tips. No, I have not even created the autoexec yet. -interesting! I couldn't be arsed to install all those 3rd party apps to set profile "K" (Is the dlss-swapper necessary, if I were to just put the dll in bin folder?) (Not cocky, I just wanted to use that "be arsed" english phrase. )

Just tried that; No joy. BUT. ..it was the quadviews. But with QW off, it is even more jittery and swimmy.
-
I've never used SSAO. It is allready off.

I get these transparent shades, one for each eye. They're worse when looking to a bright background. Sometimes, looking at darker BG, they get a bit brighter. Wut is dat? (I replicated the artifact in photoshop, and it is a tad exaggerated, but they look just like that, except they are centered.)
-
I get these shades in all aircraft. They do not show up in a printscreen, so I replicated the look. They are symmetrical, place in the middle. -One per eye.

Select realtek as playback device in windows. (I take there are ordinary speakers connected to that) Then you select the Pimax as "Headphones" in DCS "Audio menu"

Can they fire at moving targets?

What happened to Massun92's Huey update-mission?
