  1. Hello, I was redoing my binds to the F14 and when I tried to sweep back the wings with my button the handle shakes and doesn't move. It works only with mouse click and drag. Thanks. F14 Bug.mp4

  3. Hello, Today I was practicing some CASE III recoveries and while approching the carrier the map and TACAN ranging stopped updating mid flight. I don't believe the signal was intrerrupted by terrain. This is not the first time I have observed this issue. Please find attached the track.   5. Hello, While doing a cold start in my Mission, before performing the alignment, the central MFD was displaying this weird picture in the background. (It looks like a weird F 14 if you ask me) At that time only A/A missiles were equipped. The screenshot was taken in VR with Foveated Rendering ON in Last Multithread version. null
  6. Hello, I found a bug in AV-8B. I tried to bind interior lights to buttons (Increase/Decrease) and lights increase only one step from 0. Never exceding step 1 no matter how many times I press the button to increase. Also when I press decrease it turns off the lighting not decreasing 1 step. Lights work if I use mouse or axis binds but not when assigned to buttons.
  7. Hello Rob. I always update to last beta version and took multiple take offs with and without flaps. The F18 behaves the same. I have also checked the trim, reset the FCS, reset T/O Trim and did the FCS BIT and did nothing. But as you sugested I checked if the Game Flight Mode was on and in fact it was. I have never turned it on but an update might have put it on by default. Now I tried with Game Flight Mode off and Eureka! The F18 flies as it should. I also tried with Game Flight Mode on again and it breaks the flight model as I previously stated so that was the culprit. Thank you for your help!

Hello virtual pilots, I have created a custom mission to train myself on my modules and when I picked the F18 for a cold start and some basic navigation I observed it bevahed in an unusual manner. It doesn't accelerate as it should and mid air it flies very weird. Initially I tought I might forgot something during start procedure but this behaviour applies also to the hot started one on the runway. Could you please confirm me if you observe the same behaviour? If not what am I doing wrong? I have this module for more than a year and I like to think I have pretty much mastered it but I can't spot the issue here. Thank you for your time.   12. I don't believe this is the issue as prevously I had instances where GPU usage was constant over 95% and fps around 120 even on ground/carrier.

So, I tried to isolate the issue to the Export file and while the export file is not recognised by DCS I restore to default all the settings in Nvidia control panel (unlocking the fps and setting the vsync to use the 3D application setting) and the issue is back: usage is all over the place averaging around 60-70%. Then I reapplied all the previous settings and the issue persists usage around 70%. I can't put a finger on the issue as the usage remains low despite letting the export file unrecognised. Though the issue dissapeared after changing the name of the export file and with NVCP setting applied (maximum FPS to 144 and vsync to fast). I believe the problem is somewhere between vsync, fps limits and maybe this export file. In the past on older versions before 2.8 I had the same issue but I solved it by limiting the fps in NVCP and disabeling vsync but with 2.8 GPU low usage came back and persists despite reapplying the same settings.
  14. SOMEHOW IT WORKED! 98% GPU usage. Should I do something about Export.lua now? I tired limiting the FPS to 144 and it worked so I think it saves the profile.

  16. Setting Windows power plan to best performance pushed up GPU usage by about 10% but it still jumps around 70-80% max never above 90%. In Nvidia Control Panel Power Management is set to Prefer Maximum Performance.

  18. Try changing your Gamma in settings go for a higher value. You should get better visibility in darker situations.
  19. I have watched CPU usage thread by thread and none goes to 100% thus I don't think CPU is the problem. In the past before 2.8 I also got this issue with GPU not being fully used but changing vsync and adding fps limits worked pushing more fps with higher GPU usage but this solution is not applicable to 2.8 it seems. I tried your solution and it behaves the same: around 60% GPU usage with ~70 fps.
  20. Hello fellows, As it was the case with previous verisons this bug still persists in 2.8 for me. I can't get DCS to use my GPU at its maximum potential. GPU usage is all over the place bouncing up to 70-80% with low FPS around 60-70 varying up to 80-90 at higher altitudes. I have attached various photos with my settings and with the actual performance taken both in multiplayer and is singleplayer. Here are my specs: Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎29/‎10/‎2022 OS build 22621.819 GPU Nvidia 3080Ti Nvidia Driver 526.86 Release Date 11/10/2022 OS and DCS storage Samsung SSD 980 Pro 1TB I don't see any bottlenecks nor limits in my system and I have already tried multiple settings and solutions found on other threads (vsync on-off/fast in game settings and Nvidia Control Pannel, setting fps limits to 144 etc.) but nothing worked.
