  1. We are the 512th the “Dragons”, a Cold War-era USAFE F-4E Phantom virtual tactical fighter squadron, dedicated to realism in operations, procedures, and tactics. If you are passionate about Cold War military aviation and eager to challenge yourself in an immersive experience, this is your opportunity! We’re looking for pilots with some experience in the F-4E who are comfortable with air refueling, formation flying, navigation (via JesterAI), and basic weapon systems. No previous squadron experience is needed, but some basic formation skills are helpful. We operate in the European time zone and are preparing for an upcoming campaign. If you’re excited to improve your skills and enjoy flying the Phantom in a structured and engaging environment, join us! We fly every Tuesday and Thursday at 17:30 UTC Join discord here: https://discord.gg/5BDdrHYEuZ Apply here (Discord joining is required as part of application process): https://forms.gle/awmK4jArzaeA1Agh6 Requirements: You must be 18+. 2. hey, yes our group is recruiting, though we do have a bit of a wait-list right now, you can find the info on one of my posts, and check our our discord!
  3. Sorry @303_Kermit I didn't see this post (i don't check the forums enough). Ended up starting up something, but I love the idea of other cold war groups and interacting with each other!
  4. hey Diesel thunder, thanks a ton dude! A request for a measurement, how long is the outboard panel next to the throttles? this one in the HB manual. i'm looking for the fore to aft length specifically.
  5. Hey, I currently fly with a group of guys, they're really nice, but not really the right fit. Plus they are US time zone. I am looking for some people EU/UK timezone who are interested in getting into the F-4 in a squadron type thing, either starting one ourselves or joining a cold war era group that already is exsisting. I'm looking to fly the aircraft fairly relistically, rather return home alive then finish the mission sort of thing. I want a group to fly with who is somewhat similar. I prefer ground pounding but I am okay at and okay with occasionally going air to air. Is there anyone else out there looking for something similar? or already have something similar I can join?
  6. Is there any specifics you can give on how to fix for example the concrete bombs?
  7. I assume Left multi-function while in control of the TPOD correct?
  8. Is there weather in MP and not in the SP mission you are flying? wind etc will definitely have an effect, and I assume we need to do something to correct for it.
  9. Aloha everyone! First off, a huge shout out and thanks goes to Alexander in the support team, I hadn't created an account and they helped take care of me so I could post! This is my first livery I am releasing to the public! It has been an intense past few weeks of me working on this nearly full time! Learned a lot and I am really happy with what i achieved, and I hope you all enjoy this livery as well! This is a fictional "what if" skin for the 408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron in Canada, based out of Edmonton. I chose this unit because its where I grew up, and seems to fit thematically with where the Canadian Forces would possibly use the Apache. So here is my imagining of what a Canadian version of the AH-64D would look like in use. This uses the colours, markings, and pattern that is commonly used in the Griffon helicopters in use today. Thank you very much! I hope you all enjoy this skin as much as I have! I hope to see it in public soon! **Updated: I added the squadron logo to the engine cowlings** The Userfiles link here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322735/
