Thanks Tony, glad you like my video. I've attached my simple training mission I've used to make this video. That should make things easier:) training- multi.miz
Thank you! I just couldn't fly Su-33 before, standard flight model was just terrible compared to PFM. Now flying Flanker D it's so much fun. Also did AAR yesterday- no more scripted connects[emoji1]
My very first carrier landing with new Su-33 PFM. Takeoff was rather hair raising- I was a bit too heavy for that short take off position. Anyway I know what I'll be doing while waiting for Hornet:D

This video is made out of two different videos recorded in two different DCS versions. No filters added or anything- just pure unedited DCS. Look up my older videos where I compare 1.2 vs 1.5.
First I recorded a track and made sure it works in both versions. Than all I had to do is record it and combine it in video editing software.
I once tried Vive, it was nice although I wasn't convinced. But that was at friends house, I was a little bit drank and lastly I have no clue if he set it up correctly (he installed DCS just for me to try it).
I love all the details they've put into 2.04 version.
New airports are great- you can fly from the very south up to north-west corner. Performance is quite good. Light seems to be a tad different but this could be my imagination, although the reflections seen on some of the latest screenshots are not there yet. New grass is a big plus for all the heli pilots and Combined Arms users.
UHF-ADF mode works for sure, but for a needle to be steady you need a constant signal received through UHF. It's quite easy to test it out. Contact tower on UHF freq and after that switch UHF radio to ADF mode. When tower responds you will see bearing pointer move on HSI.
