IAN this gets better and better, I now have displays for CMSC,CMSP,UHF Radio, Both VHF Radios, Clock. ILS & TACAN are to do but now shouldn't be a problem, I can now begin to assemble panels and connect up the switches, rotaries, pots & encoders. I cannot believe how easy it has been, Yes I have had a couple of questions but I had switches and rotary switches and encoders up and running moving the ones in dcs within hours of downloading the DCS_BIOS. -

This wont verify. I get error message as below and lcd2.print(Value); is highlighted. UHF_LCD_TEST.ino: In function 'void onDcsBiosWrite(unsigned int, unsigned int)': UHF_LCD_TEST:131: error: 'Value' was not declared in this scope thanks George. -

Hi I have CMSC,CMSP,UHF & Clock running on LCD Displays. How can I get the middle digits of the VHF Radios to display I have the 1st & last working fine..thanks George.. Felm for the Rots you may need external pullup resistors I saw a instruction using 3 resistors to make sure the Rots go high and low. -
In my opinion all the OP and others like him want is a game/program with no or little protection that they can easily copy for all their mates. companies need protection and there are many ways of doing it, In my opinion ED/DCS way is about as good and flexible as they come while still giving the company a decent level of protection for their property. If you don't like it for whatever reason then don't buy. simples..

Codetoad and Ian, I as just going to post on this I did a bug report on Github about the offtive thing he has put null-terminated in some places, I have tried what Ian said on there and the Serial port command script won't run I have double checked the changes. I have CMSP, CMSC & UHF with Clock running on 3 LCD's, I do understand the principal of having to write to all squares every time but cannot make it do it. I am a total arduino noob and have found DCS_BIOS very easy to do. next I am onto UFC I already have the LED and import/export working. I do have a suggestion as regards donations, would you Ian accept a module key for an aircraft or do you have them all?.. -

Ian firstly great app, I am changing the way I have my pit setup and was setting the CMSC, It all went really easy and I had no problems in getting the display up and running however the jammer display only shows sby, It should show sby air, sby sam1, sby sam2 or sby aaa. apart from that it shows chaff/flares and changes as used. I will wait for a fix before doing anymore with that now onto the CMSP. I am also very interested in the led digit displays for radio, tacan & ils. Keep up the good work.. -

Iku64, set DCS to only the 3 main monitors and try again, If you have it set to render the 4th screen it will blank it. -
my DCS no longer works after upgrade PC
G00dnight replied to 71st_Mastiff's topic in Payment and Activation
I think he is trying to say that he replaced his Mobo & Cpu and then just started DCS without deactivating and now when he tries to activate it says it can't because of the changes to his system. -
Saitek Toe Brakes. Need some help !
G00dnight replied to jaydee's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
thats interesting as I don't have any curves on any of my aircraft and have not had this it must be a difference between combat pedals and your cessna pedals. also I dont use the toebrakes on the 109 just the rudder. -
Saitek Toe Brakes. Need some help !
G00dnight replied to jaydee's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
it is the same answer then go to dcs options controls highlight pedals then go to toebrakes axis tune tick slider. also you will probably need to reverse the axis. -
Saitek Toe Brakes. Need some help !
G00dnight replied to jaydee's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
you need to set them as slider to get a single axis instead of a up/down. -
You can always start as I did, Get some lexan or plexiglass, Print out the panels you wish to have:thumbup:. tape pictures to rear of lexan and mark where to drill. Make the holes for the switches and mount them then wire it all to arduino or bodnar type boards then for arduino write your interface or for Bodnar type boards either use helios or the ingame setup menu:smartass:. later when you have ironed out all the mistakes go on to a full feature cockpit:joystick:. I havn't got that far as every time I get close ED changes something:doh:.
