  1. I'll be damned, moved the SU 30 to the back up folder and it all works now. THANKS DUDER!!!!
  2. Here's the thing, they show up on the map in the ME but are all gone, no where on the map, when I run the scenario. That goes for admirals stuff too. This fucking game...
  3. The last update killed all my mods., Trying to get mods to work is more a game then the game. <profanity>. pretty sick of it
  4. Here is another link to user files. I DO NOT recommend ANY of the mods that change a specific aircraft in the main DCS folder WWII Pacific
  5. http://virtualcockpits.web.fc2.com/mod/mod.html This has some WWII Japanese stuff (planes and ships, a B29 too), it's a mix with modern JGSDF and JASDF too. It hasn't been updated in ages but much of it still works, there are some dead links too though.
  6. mine gets all spinny when I try to take control of it.
  7. South of the northern line of the UN Zone is where Hezbollah isn't supposed to be.
  8. Hm, CAM still working? All the civil aircraft have disappeared from the dropdown in ME.
  9. Here is UNDOF on the Golan Heights. Here's a map for the UN zone dividing Cyprus too.
  10. I can't get aircraft to take off from ramp, hot or runway at Prince Hassan Airbase. It was working before the Iraq update. Civilian Traffic is on, like it or not and some traffic is travelling at near light speed around the map. Good thing they don't collide.
  11. CRUD

    Bugs?

Can't get any planes to take off from ramp, hot or runway at Prince Hassan Airbase in Jordan, it was working before the last Iraq update. Have M2000's there since that's where the French are at. Civilian traffic seems to on whether I like it or not and some of it is traveling at, to quote Dark Helmet, ludicrous speed. Did not notice this before the Iraq update. as of 12/12/24 cannot launch aircraft from Gaziantep field either
  12. Meant to say also that Balad looked like I remember it. I could find the transit camp and the apron we took off from pretty easy. One of the first things I did on this map was recreate the convoy I used to run from Mosul to Dahuk and back.
  13. Yeah, nah, not memories I wanted to keep. Hated that place. Dahuk was nice though. I'll ask some of the guys though. If fact, while the map was downloading I was getting a serious anxiety attack.
  14. Just on a personal note, in late 2004, I used to drive from Mosul up to Dahuk and back every week from mid November and a little into January 2005. I remember it being much more desert like. I also remember seeing the snow line in the mountains aroudn Dahuk getting lower and lower every week too. There wasn't nearly the scrub plants I see on this map on that route. I know that Mosul isn't done yet (the airfield and FOB Maraez aren't in yet and not real sure if FOB Freedom, where I was, looked like that either) though so maybe it's that.
  15. I don't think it's that kind of smoke, it's for aerobatics. I tried to fire illumination rounds too from the Flirtina, it was no go.
  16. I tried to fire smoke rounds from vanilla artillery, no go. Not sure if smoke is working. I'd like to see it where vehicles pop smoke dischargers at some point.
  17. Could you use something like this? Unimog U500 Snow Plow Truck 2 | Fab It could be for civilian assets on winter maps. Sketchfab has a nice, FREE, Yak 38. Yak-38 - Download Free 3D model by manilov.ap (@manilov.ap) [7cf4151]
  18. If I were to purchase a 3d model how would I get it to you? Definitely does, I have a rebel convoy heading for Homs with one, eats SU 25s for lunch while on the move. Wish player could take control of it.
  19. -A third, hostile faction. Syria currently shows us that there are definitely more than two sides in some conflicts, there are something like 6 currently, maybe even more. I'd still like a third, hostile faction that two other factions also hostile to each other can go after. HTS is an example of this in Syria. They are hostile to both the US, Israel, Turkey, Russia, Syria, the UN and Iran. It seems odd to make the Iranians, the Russians and the US go after HTS when there's a really good chance the Iranians or the Syrians would try to shoot down US aircraft in theater. Please update the NE part of the Syria map too please. The Kurds with the PKK and the SDF are over there. The PKK is mostly nearer to the western part of the yellow area up along the Turkish border near the Euphrates. The western allies say the PKK is a terrorist organization, Turkey also fights the PKK. Anyway, it's definitely not clear cut. The PKK and the SDF do not get along. The SDF has even said they were willing to help Syrian Government Forces fight the Turks two years ago. It's fluid and shifting constantly. I'm not sure the sim can keep up. The map I posted isn't exactly accurate in the NW along the Turkish Border. The Turks are sponsoring The Syrian National Coalition, the west is backing the Free Syrian Army, then you have the Al-Qaeda groups and then the ISIS groups. Then you have the Kurdish factions in the NE, there are two of those, the PKK (Turkey hate those guys), then you have the They all fight each other. -Triggers. I also like a trigger that tips a neutral country/faction from neutral to hostile while the scenario is going on. -The Baltic States With the Kola map it would be nice if the Baltic States could be selected. Maybe, at first, just lump it all in as "Baltic States" rather than separately as Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Separate them for a future European map maybe. -Update the Caucuses Map. There's way too much dead/white space. Nothern Turkey, parts of Bulgaria and Romania and Northern Iran are a bummer, not to mention some of the other central Asian republics are all bare naked. I know Ukraine is empty and I think I know why but get OVER IT. OR give us the ability make our own map updates through the Static Objects tab. If we could build our own airfields that would suffice... For now.

  21. Yes please update this map, there's so much room for expansion into Turkey and Northern Iran Boo
  22. I tried to drive a LATV into a C5, it got stuck, high centered on the ramp, then I tried a Scout HMMWV and it destroyed the C5, I got dinged for Fratricide, LOL. Somehow the MAM C5 is flyable now.
  23. I noticed the Landrovers can be used as cargo. Can you do that with the US Assets (the FMTV and the MRAP's) including the M1 Abrams? I want to see if it'll fit in a C-5.
  24. Has anyone noticed the C-5 is flyable now? When did that happen?
  25. This one here, in user files. It's confusing they have multiple mod download areas. An-12 AI mod skinpack 1
