Windows 11 - Death causes Dicsord Disconnect?

Apparently it's not just deaths. When I switch slots I also get disconnected from discord. It's so weird. Any one have any insight as to what might be happening? -
Exactly as the title says. Ever since I went from Win 10 to Win 11, every time I die in MP servers, my discord closes. Make it make sense please. I can't even imagine what the connection might be between the 2 programs.

Please, sirs. Just...something to be able to replay tracks easily, and be able to rewind. Have a .trk to .miz converter in the replay tool Replay rewind even if its just reloading the file from a specified time point. anything is better than rewatching the entire track multiple times I honestly wouldn't mind waiting 10 mins to load a file if it meants I could jump around the times and get all the shots in 1 session. Adjustable camera speed and acceleration sliders? Maybe a camera GUI? That would be cool... Help us that create/want to create content by giving us the user-friendly tools to do so! We'll make even more DCS propaganda! I hope this isn't impossible?

Hello, I've been getting into making videos in DCS recently and have been frustrated with the camera speeds and acceleration. I was able to find some speeds and acceleration settings that I could then changes values on in the view.lua file. This worked for the free camera (ctrl+f11) camera in Mission Editor, but those settings did not change at all when using the free camera in a Track Replay. I thought maybe its because the track I was replaying had the ogirinal view.lua file settings imbedded into it, so I flew a sortie online and checked that track which should have theoretically have the new view.lua values imbedded into it. Not sure if this is exactly how it works or not. Does anyone know how I can edit the speeds and acceleration value for track files in replay? Attached is my edited view.lua. View.lua The goal is to achieve the same kind of slow panning movement shown in this thread: With the current speeds, I am not able to achieve this linear panning movement at the speeds shown. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello, Have you had any luck figuring out how to do this? My headtracking doesnt do x/y/z translation despite head tracking in external views being enabled. Also, the speeds are way too fast.

Some additional information based on the replies: I have been noticing this since before the latest patch - probably 1-2 months now actually View distance is set to Ultra - this is within 10nm For anyone just seeing this, the disappearing happens within the first second or 2. It helps to grab the video tracker and slide it back and forth to see when it disappears and reappears. It looks like its the 3D model disappearing, as the dot stays as it should.

Hello All, Not sure if this has been addressed (a quick search didn't bring anything up with the term 'disappearing'), but I've been noticing that F1's are disappearing at certain levels of zoom. LOD issue? Observe: Digital_Combat_Simulator_Black_Shark_2023.08.08_-_14.47.33.03.DVR_Trim.mp4 This does not happen with any other module as far as I can tell.

Hello, Not sure where else to post this, but in this latest patch, i have lost the ability to bind the VPC throttle to anything in the UI layer keybinds. More specifically, I want to bind the chat show/hide function to a button the the throttle. This specific keybind is also greyed out in the General keybinds as well (among others). This worked prior to todays patch, and I can't fathom why this would be a thing. Any ideads? Can we get this ability back? EDIT: When pressing the LCrtl + LShift + Y keybind, it will make the chat box disappear, but will not reappear upon pressing that keybind again as it should. This seems like an actual bug. EDIT 2: I'm not experiencing issues where once I hit LCrtl + LShift + Y I am also no longer able to hit escape.

Hello, I noticed that the Yaw/Roll/Pitch CAS switch ON keybinds are acting as toggles instead as intended.

Super strange and I'm not sure exactly how this even possibly happens, but when my WSO generated a his-res image map, it would cause my game to crash. WSO was on MT, I was on ST. Radar Antenna Elevation Key/Axis Binding Issue

+1 to this topic, even though I'm not sure this is a bug. But I also would very much like the antenna elevation axis to be 1:1 to the chosen axis (in my case, the flap lever axis on the Virpil throttle as well). This works in the F16, so I don't see how it can't be duplicated to other modules. -
iirc, this isnt implemented yet. Also, I think I remember in some video video that if you crank too hard and the radar dish hits the bump, you can actually break it. I think this is indicated by the "JAM" at the top of the radar. I'm not 100% sure on this, so if anyone knows if this is a thing, please let us all know!

right, but couldn't you just cycle straight through it? Like slide that 3-pos switch from pos 1 to 3? In the module, you're forced to go 1-2-3. -
How do I obtain a track? If the radar is hung, is there a known way to get it working again?

I was cycling through mode and went back into RWS and my radar seemingly got stuck or broke or something. Not sure. In the video you can see the sequences I went through that lead to it. Hello, I was confused about this as well, but this is because it is a 3 position switch. However, I agree with you that this should be possible and I do not understand why RAZBAM did not implement being able to switch directly to guns, because in real life, I assume you could just power through the SRM missile position to go straight to guns without issues. I could be wrong though. -
Hello All, I designed these detents to add a tactile feel to the virtual buttons that you can add and utilize in Virpil's VPC Configuration Software. The VPC Configuration Software allows you to add up to 5 virtual buttons per axis along both the Left and Right Throttle Axes, as well as the Flap lever. Hello All, I discovered that while using Overlordtext bot, as well as any systems that would produce text on screen such as petrovich AI and AWACS bogey dope, no on-screen text is dispalyed. Subtitles are on. This works perfectly fine in regular DCS. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello All, EDIT: I'm more talking about the internal textures for the canopy in the cockpit. I've been messing around with textures in photoshop for a little while. I've successfully changed the MiG-21 cockpit glass to be clean, scratch free, and clear in the HUD. Same with the F-5 and MiG-19. However, I'm now trying to get the Hind cockpit glass clean and scratch free but I'm having a LOT of trouble figuring out what exactly needs to be done. I've narrowed the files down to 4 (I think) files in the Textures folder: Cockpit_Mi-24P_GLASS_NORM, Cockpit_Mi-24P_glass_pr, Cockpit_Mi-24P_glass_pr_filtr, Cockpit_Mi-24P_glass_pr_RoughMet. I've changed the alpha channels to black to make these transparent, but when I fly and the sun hits the glass in a certain way, the glass starts to become opaque white where there is supposed to be gun glare I guess. What do I need to do to make this work? What are the requirements needed to make these files fully transparent and not affected by glare? Does this require editing of the .lua file as well? If so, where is that .lua? Thanks for any and all help!
