  1. Awesome Vid, THAT is high altitude terrain grfx. Flying around a terraformed moon of saturn definately sounds like more fun than clunking around in another MSFS incarnation.
  2. You sure you're D/Ling the Box version of the patches(there are two different versions). Does anyone else know if the Error3 is a symptom of a bad LOMAC Gold Disk?
  3. You could also edit the NOMERA.TGA file to remove those red '31's or replace them with a more accurate grey '169'
  4. Very nice lighting w/the summer landscape
  5. The X52 is $115, if I were spending that much I'd save another $80 or so and get the Cougar from CompUSA, they have sales on that stick all the time. Its not a twist stick, but you have superior control with rudder pedals.
  6. Found it, thank you. Next Question does anyone know if Dedmac ( http://www.verbalass.com/dedmac/ ) is compatible with 1.12. I'd guess it would, since it's just sending standard commands in leiu of the keyboard.
  7. I'm looking for a program I saw posted here some time ago for managing a dedicated server. The program could load mission files for you. Anyone know where I could find this? Thanks,
  8. Cool program, wonder why they can't apply this principle to voice comms. Possibly designate a lead signal and buffer each persons reception to match the slowest client. Between this and Phantom Control you've become the aerobatic programming guru :D
  9. Bump: I'd like to know this one too. How bout that file Guru
  10. Heheh well yeah, the Su doesn't even have them. Saw the post and didn't even see he wasn't refering to the MiG29
  11. Yes it is possible, in fact I think its part of the standard startup sequence to start the engines one after another.
  12. Why don't you post the mission file so we can look at it and see if there's anything else special about the setup.
  13. We looked into this pretty extensively, there are no single engine flyable aircraft in lockon, therefore there are no compatible models that you can swap into the place of the Mig-29 burners. We replaced the model with another small model that is not seen. You can get the file out of our mod which can be found in our webpage library http://www.virtualthunderbirds.com
  14. A turning Box formation, very nice. I'd love to see some videos of this being performed. Big Cheers :D
  15. Very nice movie. I know how hard it is to sync up the shots you have planned with the music you've picked out and still have everything blend nicely and give the right affect overall. Top Notch Stuff
  16. I'm not even into choppers and that video put a smile on my face. Definately pursuaded me to buy BS. The video also highlighted the need for a new dust effect. Not just making it round but having intelligent ground effects- there wouldn't be much of any dust while flying over grass or during winter terrain.
  17. Would it be possible to 'show controls' during a track replay after a phtrk was created. Basically I want others to be able to watch a formation flying track and see what I'm doing with the controls. It seems like it would be possible as you could still have the phantom entering control inputs during track replay even though those inputs wouldn't actually be doing anything.
  18. Haven't been able to do this particular test, but is it possible to make a phtrk from a Multiplayer track?
  19. I just want to say that if this program does what you say it can you have provided a precious training tool for the online aerobatic community. Now off to test it...
  20. Never got an answer on this one- How did you get that sweet shot at 1:58 into the vid. Its a flyby past the F15's tail pipe, however it doesn't look like a plain F3 view.
  21. Very nice vid, just one question. How oh how did you get that sweet shot at 1:58 into the vid.
  22. I have to say, I really liked it, and I don't post kudos often. Nice job :)
