  1. How is it right now? Is it better? Looking into this panel and want to dive in.
  2. Right, but like i mentioned. I don't believe it's a bug. At least I wouldn't assume it is. Im just asking what changed in the recent update that might have caused this. By which i mean, the difference of behavior of both sd10 and 120. I will try to replicate this with my friend and see if we can get a tacview.
  3. Sd10 is behaving wildly alike 120c on the issue of going dumb right after pitbull. And as well as less forgiving when losing track on the mothership before pitbull, comparing to before 2.9. Didn't feel any change in performance after putbull though, still doing a good job on that. Im not putting this in the bug report section since first I don't have tacview but is definitely recreatable and noticeable especially if one solely fly the Jeff, and two this happened before when the stats of the missile itself are not changed, but something else in the game changed that caused the difference. I just want to know what section of update note i should look into to fully understand what changed.
  4. The plane begin to wobble on auto pilot during height above 40000 feet on medium to heavy loadout and speed of around 200 knot which didn't happen before. Want to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if it's a bug or implementation.
  5. Doesn't really happen to me, ld10 does have an calibration timer of i believe 2m, mine acted the way you described when I didn't calibrate. Also note that if the waypoint you fire at does not or suddenly does not emit radiation, the ld10 will reselect the closes radiation to that point, and that might just so well be a friendly. That's as far as my experience and do note that since the recent update, thing got quite different.

  9. I don't know, it just seems so unstable. I had some really nice gameplay with sd10 couple days ago, with it basically sticking on to the target. But like I said I don't know if that's going to change by any small update. Or it could be server issue. I don't know. In terms of range, I'm not too sure, but fighting against veteran ai at over 20000, im getting pretty good range.
  10. Sorry, i should've done some research before asking. So appearantly even for simpit, none extended stick and skinny people, they don't mount the joystick tucked into their crouch. So yeah I guess that's how it should be.
  11. No not the old center or side question. I'm wondering how far should the stick be in relative to my body. I'm not a skinny dude in any sense to start off. I want to know where is the stick placed realistically in relative to your body. And how you guys do it. Right now, everytime I play dcs I dig the base into my crouch so the stick is really close to my body. In order to pull back all the way with an extension, I find myself having to push into the stomach on top of pushing the force of the spring. I'm just wondering if that's how it should be or not.
  12. I will get to it. But at this point I pretty much accepted that it depends on the mood of the server I guess. Yesterday, about the same situation, one shot look down extremely low on sea, slow target did connect. Than a shot look up, connected as well. It functioned how it was supposed to function, but same or close enough shot like this yesterday the ai defeated with ease. So I guess it's whatever the server think. I will get to the tacview but as long as these things are not happening to other people ie it's probably bug or lag and not the missile itself, than I'm fine with.
  13. I think it's going stupid like you said. I don't know how to download tactile I im pretty sure this happened before and have previous log. Just now I fired a missile, less than 10nm (around 7 to 8). Low, very low, around 5000, over sea, after getting off burner the target turned and chaffed, and immediately it went dumb. I've heard people talking about sd10 behaving like that but the post was like a year two years ago. And personally I've never had situation like this, not until after 13th update I just want to know what I'm doing wrong, so this won't happen again, it's just frustrating cause it's inconsistent and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
  14. What could've caused that? I'm still a learner only a month. And I feel like the missile is leading why more than it should, having to turn inward right before it hitting the target, could that be the reason it's getting notched so easily? Oh I'm also playing in a hogh ping server like 250 something like that.
  15. It's not possible for it to go out of speed I was still on burner or right off of burner, but what does going stupid mean?
  16. I have the same question I believe it's something that I'm doing wrong. But it didn't happen like this before, where I had to dump 4 fox3s on 1 ai. In a less than 20nm fox3 fight with dogfight mode, assuming that radar lose track after toa not before. What else should I look for.
  17. True true. But hmd pl10 and ws13 is already heaven for Jeff players, I feel like it's already asking too much. Hopfully not.

  19. I'm still new to the game having only aged about a month so this whole leaving ea to me sound like "oh, we're never going to touch this aircraft again". But you said, they can add new stuff to it even if it changes the experience drastically?
  20. Sorry was a little frustrated when made the post. Having calmed down now, I don't think it's a problem with the missile since the last flight before going to bed, the sd-10 performed as expect against target at bvr range. And recalling today's gameplay it does track, it's just it's so inconsistent, so inconsistent I don't know what am I doing wrong, or what the opponent is doing to counter it, and how should I react to it. So you can also take this as a beginner's guide topic I guess. But the question about the missile mechanics still stand as the same was happening to one of the guy who was using 120c. And as any good player would do, stay informed of any missile changes, i just want to get more info on this, probably something I missed out on the update blog, I don't know.
  21. I thought the Jeff was going off early access and being finalised. Is it still being upgraded?
  22. Same issue but up to down on top if sea. It's weird it's not bad sometimes it track sometimes it's notched right off the rail or still on burner, it's just inconsistent, it's so inconsistent I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
  23. Ok, so the setting is im playing in a pve server. Getting straight to the point. My sd10s are going dumb right off the rail, and or getting dumb by some simple movement by the ai. Now that didn't happen before the update on the 13th and I asked another person playing in f15, he also said the missile feels weaker now, and watching a fight between ais, the 120 also got notched right off the rail, and reading the update blog, there is nothing mentioned about change in sd19 performence, so all the above led me to a conclusion that something probably changed in the missile mechanics. Searching up the forum it seems like no one is having this issue. So I'm uncertain now. The question is, is there actually a change in missile mechanics or missile or countermeasure mechanics on the 13th update? If there is, what is it so that I can avoid making mistakes. If there isnt, what im I doing wrong to get these missiles notched so easily and right off the rail? Basically general issues that might have caused this. Also I'm not posting this in bug because I'm uncertain if this is a bug or not and don't have taxview.
