Flapjacks

I don't see the AppData folder once in the user folder. I checked saved games/DCS.openbeta and didn't see it in ther either. Yes, created today and tried to load it couple hours later.

I came here looking to ask this same question. If his is like mine, it's just freezing while trying to load the replay to watch.

So, nosewheel steering hasn't been working properly since I changed hotas and got rudder pedals. I'll press and hold the button I bound it to and it'll begin working, giving me a tighter turn, but then the plane just goes straight after a couple seconds (with no change in input to the pedals or letting off the nws button). I have to let off the button and pedals, then move the pedals again to continue a regular turn. Also, I don't have nws bound to any other button on any device.

Hey, so I'll be getting a new hotas and I wanted to know if the game automatically saves a profile for the keybinds of my current hotas or will I lose all of my assigned keybinds when I plug in the new hotas and start saving keybinds to it? Also, If I have to save a profile, do I have to save for each aircraft or can I save them all under one hotas profile?

Try changing A/A radar channel and band. Upper left corner of the MFD will say Chan A1. Click the corresponding push button.

Neither Tacan nor ILS is showing range to location.

I stay in nav mode.

Hey, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I've set up a mission to work on Tacan/ILS landings and I've been getting intermittent ILS signals. The option to switch from Tacan to ILST/ILSN seem to appear and disappear at times. I'm not sure if its an altitude thing or if I have to be at a certain bearing or what. I flew to the same airbase in the A-10C II and it picked the signal right up. So am I doing something wrong or do y'all think so could just be a early access bug?

If you're above 25,000 ft it won't work.

nullSo I thought this was cause of radar jamming but was told it was a bug. I'm only ever in tws mode so not sure if this happens in rws as well, but I'm unable to launch at the target when it does happen. I have to exit out of tws and re-enter or just catch them in a superearch or other hud scan. The person in my other post said "the value you see is the minimum value representable by two's complement in 32 bits.some variable overflowed in razbam's code probably. or converted negative infinity float to integer." Can someone tell me what's going on here? Is this jamming from the enemy aircraft? I see this a lot and am unable to launch at the target. I end up having to go back to rws then back to tws. Thought it was conflicting channels but apparently not. Seems to happen more at closer ranges I think? This guy was at about 13 nm.

Hey, so I have tacview working for stable DCS but I installed a 2nd SSD for openbeta. Do I have to have tacview installed on the new drive to get it to work? I changed the folder where it saves the recorded files to the new drive but nothing is showing in it.

I know this is some type of IFF thing but can someone explain more about this? I didn't see much mentioned in the manual. Is it functional? should I turn it on?

I've had the same problems. It is noted in the changelog known issues about them opening prematurely. I've had good results by setting the fuze to 900 ft and putting in roughly a 12 degree dive right when the release que is at about 8 secs. I haven't tried at a lot of different altitudes yet, but seems to work 8k-10k barometric. Hope this helps.

I figured it out. I put the markpoint in correctly but didn't hit auto aq switch aft to get it to slew.
