  1. Hi all, Myself and several A10/Harrier buddies are looking for a controlled CAS-focused server or MP mission suggestions. Preferably something that is COIN-themed, responding to TIC calls and supporting the ongoing campaign. Several good options on the User Files, for instance, the brilliant XCAS Syria mission. The closest we can find online is Grayflag and of course, the other large servers. These are great but doesn't scratch the GWOT feel. Hopefully, if there is nothing, the release of Afghanistan and Ch-47 will promote this server type, possibly even with FOB/rotor resupply and defence mechanics! Thanks!
  2. This x1000. Add in some logistics, ferrying troops, munitions and vehicles to the FOBS, plus some "zone control" to respond to random TICS. That would instantly be what I have been trying to recreate in DCS for YEARS.

  5. Hi everyone, I am looking to make a dedicated F1 CR/CT-like loadout by editing some pylons and using CLSID. Hoping to use it in conjunction with the Goldeneye and Hound scripts to perform some recce and ELINT. I am only familiar using it with FC3 and was curious if it could be done through the Unit Payloads. I was hoping to add (for looks only) the AI PHIMAT Pod, JF-17 SPJ or TARPS (centerline), and some other goodies. Although not perfect, it could get "close enough" to pretend! Thanks!
  6. This would seem an obvious choice. It would prevent many years of ED headache from us REDFOR guys pleading. I could see another Nevada scenario (Fallon, Yuma etc.), missing out on key infrastructure that makes sense in the scope of available assets.
  7. Just wanted to jump in and thank you for your work. This is brilliant! Really brings some more life to the apocalyptic landscape that is DCS airfields. Nothing is worse than hitting and ILS approach or be a controller issuing taxi instructions with no lights or signage. I look forward to some future templates!
  8. I have had this issue as well on ECW and just assumed an error during rearm. I will save the track next time I notice.
  9. I had some success. It still hangs on the missile rail. I found some old posts that talk about the position on the wing, but I can't seem to replicate anymore.
  10. I understand the technical limitations in real life. I was thinking about what would be most practical from the perspective of ED/Deka. I assume some additions are easier to implement than others.

  12. Any additional Jf-17 upgrades would be amazing. I would even be happy with just the chin hardpoint. It would add so much more functionality.
  13. We can all dream! Even a cockpit remodel and maybe some interesting transfer of T avionics to the A could be a substitute. I have made lots of content of Su-25 action, but sadly, I am not modeler!

  15. Hi everyone! I was editing some payloads for the Su-25A and was hoping to add the MPS-410 pods to the outer pylons. No problems editing the unit payload and adding the CLID, which is great. Sadly, it hands as a low and forward like a missile. Is there a way to edit its position/pylon connector (up and back against the wing)? I know you used to be able to do it through the aircraft config .lua, but I am a bit stuck. Any help would be great! Thanks.

  17. Hey Tom, Thank you so much for the models. These fill a huge gap in DCS! Would it be possible to get a longer trench static model? Or a template of sorts? It would make using the mod much easier in the editor when creating larger trench networks over some distance. Keep up the good work! NomadActual

  19. Hi Matador, This is an amazing script! Has anyone managed to get it to work after death? Whenever a client dies or reslots, the script fails until the server resets. I have been looking through the lua, but my untrained eyes can't find the culprit. Thank!
  20. Hi all, I am looking to replicate some ground-based EW platforms to add another layer of complexity to an IADS network (like Krasukha). Are there are any scripts that can allow ground units to emit noise jamming like AI aircraft? I am hoping that I could get the effect of saturating an aircraft radar with several contacts and even, possibly, impacting inbound munitions such as Matador's Electronic Warfare Script.   21. I'm bumping this because I have been desperately looking for something similar. No luck trying to use Moose and DML to try and get the desired impact (I am no expert). A way to intercept aircraft with prompting such as Lazur. I saw BigEyeEWR has a similar feature. It would be great to have intercepted aircraft (generated from a template) randomly comply with a command given through the F10 and divert to an airfield listed via list would be the dream. This kind of mundane operation would bring so much more variety to missions and realism!

  23. Hi Everyone, I am currently making a squadron server and striving to include more "ordinary" operations. I have been trying to figure out a way to allow aircraft to divert to a friendly coalition airfield after a client interceptor group has entered close proximity for a certain amount of time. I know the basics are possible using triggers and waypoints, but I want to be able to spawn aircraft groups through a script call at random times. RagnarDa created an excellent GCI Script a few years ago, but the script crashes when added to mission files and I do not believe it supports multiplayer. Are there any script-based solutions? Thanks!
