Here in this video you can clearly see the huds refresh rate is much smoother/higher @FusRoPotato

Generally the slow speed handling of the dcs F-16 feels bit janky.

Not only the F-16s hud refresh rate is low, also the hud is missing the gyroscopic effect that the Jf-17 and F-18 has on their huds. E.g. When you roll you can see the pitch ladder not instantly moving accordingly same with pitch.

Will this be a thing?

Also e.g. when having the fcr scale at 80 (in crm mode) while having the Hsd scale at 40 or any other scale that is not 80 or above, when making the Hsd soi it will automatically go to 80 scale bc the fcr scale is at 80.

According to an F-16 manual i saw it describes that, when making the Hsd soi the radar TDC cursor should disappear from the Hsd and when making the Hsd soi the Hsd cursor should always start appear from around slightly Infront of the Own aircraft symbol on the Hsd.

How is this to be decided, this is a core feature of L-16.

@WHOGX5Speaking of the had page shouldn't you be able to bump the range with the tdc cursor just like how you can do it on the fcr page and hsd page? It just makes sence for me and basing of falcon bms.

Shouldn't the break X and "warn" appear in the hmd

It gets very annoying when using the exp modes in the hsd because the contacts move in relation to your plane.

During the first video you can see when i soft lock an aircraft the designator box looks smooth on the hud with aircraft movement, but on the second video its a stt lock rather than soft lock, the designator box becomes jittery and its like it loses its refresh rate. soft lock .mp4 stt lock (1) - Trim - Trim.mp4

To reproduce lock an aircraft in stt mode both in crm/acm modes
