Skywarrior, I had the same issue. The SimAppPro software is downloading a "bad" display driver file in the first step. I ran the cleaner program: https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/windows-installation-cleaner Then I installed the driver directly from Synaptics: https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/windows After that, I was able to follow MustangSally's videos to complete the install. Hopefully, this helps.

How much do you use rudder pedals *after* take-off?
NinpoFox replied to Sunbather's topic in Western Europe 1944-1945
I started with a Saitek X-55 Rhino HOTAS which has a twist stick for rudder. It worked fine and you can tune the axis to suit your needs. I had no problem dogfighting or lining up on ground targets while flying a P-47, P-51, or Bf-109. Like anything else, it just takes practice. Over time and as I had funds ,I upgraded to a higher quality HOTAS set with rudder pedals. It took a few weeks to change my muscle memory from trying to twist the stick to pushing on the pedals. I don’t think beginning without rudder pedals will affect your enjoyment. Especially if someone has not used them before, but rudder pedals will make the experience more immersive. -

Just spent an hour flying close air support in the Bronco. Absolutely loved it. Thanks.

I have the rudder pedals from Winwing with the damper. I think they're great and the only issue I had was the base sliding on carpet. I fixed that by 3d printing some cleated feet for the rudder pedal base legs. The damper is easy to adjust and prevents "slamming" the pedals at full application.

I think mine works really well up to around 70+ ping rate. Then the image begins to become choppy. Around 100, its unplayable. I'm far from a computer expert, but I'll try to help. I've attached a track file to illustrate the performance I get. I'm also including images of my various setup screens. Please let me know if additional files will help. You'll have to coach me as I'm new to this. My Eyetracker will NOT work if I'm wearing glasses. I don't know about contacts. I also turn off any back lighting. Tobii Eyetracker Range of Motion.trk
