One thing I discovered from this was that as soon as I touched down and received a score, I was initially lowering the collective to zero and then tipping over (nothing I could do to prevent it). I quickly learned that once I received the score, I should immediately raise the collective and take off again to start a new landing sequence.
I'm pretty much a newbie with a little over 100 hours in the AH-64 Apache. I averaged about 1500 pts per touch down. I could have missed it, but I didn't see anything like a table or something to see how good (or bad) my rating was. It said "Choppa Poppa" but I don't where that rates in the whole scheme of things.
Again, great job on this mission. It's a fantastic tool to use to get better at flying and landing the Apache.
