Did'nt notice it in the campaign though i was probably playing in "game" mode. i went thru the digital stores tut a cpl times to see if it mentioned anything but did'nt see, or missed it. have only noticed in MP, was thinking if maybe there was a setting on server or mission maybe for random faults on systems. Just not to sure just started playing again.

Ok I know this is probably a noobie question, an is probably somthing very simple for experienced players. On ramp startup in MP i do a (easy) startup(cuz I'm lazy 8)-) Once systems have loaded my DMS weapons status pg idicates all stations in red with no profiles show. Is that a mechanical fault on the system or am I like I said a noob an missing somthing. I did once do a reset on IFCC an it seemed to reset with stations showing as normal. But i hav'nt been able to do that again. Thanx, Call911-Kirk

Same here bought BS1 when it came out(disk) than got A10c beta an full version from Ed Store, bought P51 an it's tied in with DCS World an now can't do training with it because of bug. So i knew b4 DCS CA came out i was gonna get BS2 istalled without DCS World atm. I have TracIR4 an works fine for me, can't imagine not having it, though it can be a pain sometimes getting setup just the way i want.As far as zoom i just use ingame to zoom in etc.

Is there a resource somewhere of completed missions to host? I've searched but did'nt see anything relevant to missions completed etc. Thanx Call911

The anticipation is almost killing me 8)- Don't think it'll matter which aircraft so long as mission makers offset/balance out for each aircraft they decide to use in missions. Maye like a10's for blue side an SU25's for red side etc with maybe ai controlled CAP aircrafted vice versa, IMO which is gonna make this experience so unique an very very interesting come game day 8)-

Cept the part where it takes u 15-20 mins to drive to your objective than "boom" from incoming vickers an or anti-tank guided rocket. Adds another level of realism an fear of death, but hopefully forces teamplay between Air an Land units. As someone said..wow. Just waiting for the pre-purchase button to magically appear:thumbup:

Yeah thats what i did, but just A10 as trainin in DCS World is bugged an i needs lots an lots of training 8)- u know what they say about assume well thats what i did in thinking i needed to patch confused for a lil there thanx for the help. :thumbup:

Just so I'm not beating my head against the wall here :music_whistling: I take 1.1.1.1 is the most recent version of DCS A10c, as i been a noob trying to patch 1.1.1.6 yeah ok ok I'm a lil slow.:pilotfly: It's just frustrating spending 4 days dl'n an redl'n tryin to get this to run.

Love that plane in ArmA2 8)-

Game version is 1.1.0.5 do i need all the A10 patch's or can i grab the last? or do i need to get them in order from release version to current? Thanx I have to let most of these dl's run over nite so the fewer the better, less i have to. Took me 2 full days to re-download the A10

Long Range Survelance an Recon/laser Desiganation for live attack aircraft ie A10etc. So would/is it goin to be possible to take on the role of a ground recon elemnent an say recon to an enemy base an than lase priority targets for A10's etc.I know it says ground vehicles operable only, but would be an awsome addition to allow infantry units(specops) to have this role. Kinda hard for say an m1 or other land vehicle to role up near enemy airbase without be comprimised. Sry just thinking to myself an the awsome possibilities this will bring to an already awsome SIM. I could have fun all day long just sneakin from location to location lasing/reporting vital info etc for the flyboys.

Yup same thing here just installed last nite, ran thru bomb,rockets an guns training an now can't acces either just sticks on loading.

Trying to find multiplayer missions to host online. I did a search in the forumns for missions an no luck. Or is it still cuz the sim is still in beta? Thanx. Kirk

I purchased DCS A10C awhile ago when it was still in Beta. I just did a fresh install of it. Question now is how do i get it to show playable with DCS World? I purchased the P51 an DCS World came with the dl for the P51. Do I need to point the A10 install to the DCS World Directory or do I need a patch or somthing? many thanx. P51 shows in list of available aircraft in menus but A10 does not. Sorry an thanx kinda new(still) to Flight Sims. Kirk

Yes, yes u do 8)- as i found out other nite 8) Thanx for helpin us (me) noobs out. training can be frustrating, specially in my case if ya never flown a flight sim b4 an as in training can get frustrating when ya miss somthing an ol Sam has already moved on to the next 3 steps, or worse i sometimes think he's gotten angry with my noobyness an decides to quit talking to me all together.

Oh an one other thing i try to reset, clear assign new hotas keys mainly tms forward an tms aft(zoom in, an out) all attempt end in crash. Any ideas , someone said to clear the catagory an i'am as far as i know as keys unassigned but when i reset with Joystick button it crashes the game. I'm really liking this game an wanting to play but it's gettin very hard not being able to assign keys to help a noob don't help 8(

Yup thats exactly what i was looking for. Just was curious how the veteran pilots were doing it. yes i have trac-ir an havin fun gewttin used to it. tryin to keep it centered in the monitor etc, seems to get knocked out of whack an I'm constantly hittin f12 or num pad enter to try n default it. Also thanx for the explanation on the keys. Things are certainly starting to come together here here where at first i was so so over whelmed an at least now i can somewhat nav to an setup an prcecute a somewhat of an attack 8)-
