What's the difference with the F4 view?

You need to add connectors at the center of each pad. As far as I know the names need to be Pad_01, Pad_02, etc

I can only recommend a fresh reinstall of the mod. Make sure the game is closed when copying the files. Also, you only need the main 1.5.1 download, not the patch, that's for those who had downloaded 1.5.0

You might have been one of the early "downloader" of 1.5, the operators were indeed missing from that version but we quickly put up 1.5.1 aswell as a patch for those who had already downloaded 1.5 https://github.com/tobi-be/DCS-OH-6A/releases/tag/v1.5 We're still taming them

It's definitely on the to-do list but it's gonna take some time because it's a tedious task and the current pilot was more of a placeholder

NOt sure what might be the problem with the pbr. I had him go around the barge without issues Would love to see that one in DCS

The cargos will be included in the next update, coming soon™ Yes, we would like to expand the VAP but we're busy with other stuff at the moment so it will probably be a couple of months before that happens
