1. Maybe a missing picture/element?
2. One thing is for sure ... A-10 is NOT a jet fighter like F16/14/15 etc ... Once you get used to its unique flight model it's rather sweet.
3. They did change the color a bit :P
4. Plastics are bad. TM WH, 22" touch LCD, Saitek rudder pedals, new bike, TIR5 planed within month or two .. I'm not so strong.
5. BTW ppl, me and CD were talking about something the other day. Broadcast address :D I actually tested it. It works :P In my case 192.168.157.255. Be warry that X.X.X.255 is NOT an actual IP but is a broadcast address :D Setting X.X.X.255 in export.lua will send data to entire network :P
6. Jow CD, need any help with anything? Send PM if so.
7. Were you with any VFW?
8. Edit the mission and set the parameters
9. Decided to show you, what I still keep in ORIGINAL packaging (moved three times). Bought it back in 98 and flew countless hours with it, more or less in Janes F15E Strike Eagle ... 90% online. Since i stopped playing that game / sim, I packed it back in to original packaging and keeping it in sight :D Probably it still works, and if I would plug it in it would most likely have Janes F15 or Descent configuration on it .. that is if it did not discharge yet. Overall It has a slight play in X (left - right) axis which would extend to 1mm to either side of dead center. All buttons and hat switches still make the click sound when pressed. TM F22 is more stiffer at the edges and even more so in the corners than his youngest brother - TM WH. Feels totally different compared to TM WH too! Bland, shallow and just weird now that my hand got used to TM WH. But hey, F22 served me well! I never thought about selling it nor will I ever think about it :P I'll post a pic of F22 along with WH tomorrow when I get home The Thrustmaster F22 Pro Joystick :P More images here: http://blog.night.si/?page_id=130&album=4&gallery=50 Or along with modified F16 TQS: More images here: http://blog.night.si/?page_id=130&album=4&gallery=3 & http://blog.night.si/?page_id=130&album=4&gallery=2 Oldies goldies of 98 Post yours :joystick:
10. IAS by default unless set otherwise. I usually switch to GS via IFFCC test menu or better yet, switch CDU to POS and select GS And get some rest :P
11. HOTAS would mean Hands On Throttle And Stick TMS would stand for Target Management Switch If you do not have the TM Cougar / WH, or you do not have maps for other joysticks, then you need to use corresponding keys on the keyboard (I don't know them by hand) http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1179812&postcount=43 http://files.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/38315/ http://files.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/599/
12. I've set the slider handle on my TM WH thorttle to rudder control. It was really messy to steer with that untill I played with CURVATURES in the options. And make shure you set NWS off at 60-70 GS kts. I went back to Z and X keys and my pedals will arrive somewhere around 10th :P
13. Yes, speed, uneven loadouts, etc ... F1-F12 keys Not sure on this one, someone else will help here :D There is a download in the download section that modifies the sun and flares. Give it a try. If i'm correct 2-3-4 will set the autopilot selector switch between PATH (aircraft will hold the current path), ALT/HDG (aircraft will hold the current altitude and heading) and ALT (aircraft will hold current altitude). A will activate the autopilot when within parameters (read within normal angles) You are welcome :D
14. To my knowledge it is not possible. This is not even a feature of hawgtouch. Hawgtouch will merely send/receive keypresses and send info over network. Exporting a viewport is part of the game.
15. I will post a video and a track today, when I get home.
16. Well, I'm still learning it. I'm taking kinda easy approach to it: First i wanted to learn basic flight - takeoff, landing, startup, ILS, what is ATC telling me. Then take on HUD and TAD .. I am now with TGP and related stuff (SPI, markpoints, etc) ... I always keep referencing with manual and watching lots of youtube vids as there is ALWAYS something new, something that I don't know yet :P
17. Since I binded keys to control radio frequencies i noticed something weird. AM / FM radio Moving the first (10 range) dial via keypress works OK - moves one by one, up or down as it should. Moving the second (1 range) dial via keypress does not work OK - it acts as if it goes spinning around and stops eventually. Moving the (.1 range) dial via keypress does not work OK - same as above Moving the (.01 range) dial via keypress does not work OK - same as above TCN is kinda fast/not precise as well, when it comes to keypresses. Tho not as much as AM / AM radios. Usually skips by one. The only thing that works really sweet via keypress is ILS :P I have yet to try UHF. Is ths a bug or a feature?
18. Till I don't get TrackIR (could be long time, since I decided to get me a new bike) i just remaped the paddle witch as a modifier. Now using: paddle + trim hat = for view paddle + mic hat = for zoom in and out + center zoom (in) paddle + mmcb = for view center That way the original (as in real) functions stay the same :P Mapped throttle slider for wheel brakes. Untill I get me the rudder pedals which I ordered like a month ago FFS.
19. Why does a TM WH come with a double price when there is wife around the house :megalol: You do not need the manual. Plug it in, calibrate, have fun. A-10C works out of the box with it :D For other sims I would guess you need to fall back to T.A.R.G.E.T.
20. I feel like a minority here with 32bit :noexpression:
21. <Button> <Name>NUMPD0</Name> <PressedImage>\Images\UFC\ufc-button0-dwn.png</PressedImage> <DepressedImage>\Images\UFC\ufc-button0-up.png</DepressedImage> <Type>ClickButton</Type> <ID>12</ID> <Y>77 </Y> <X>310</X> <KeyCommand>{LSHIFT}0</KeyCommand> </Button> {LSHIFT} {RSHIFT} {LCONTROL} {RCONTROL} {LALT} {RALT} {LWIN} {RWIN}
22. LOL Make sure engine fuel flow switches are UP (norm). I noticed when they are down (override) the APU will stall.
23. Not to mention i was once on such a nice lineup and going in slowly and everything was PERFECT. Until! I was flying there for 2 minutes perfectly STEADY and he kept the boom on my left side. I figured out that i did not open up the receptacle :helpsmilie: After that it (I) went haywire :joystick: Gave up for the day :P
24. Welcome. I wish you a clear blue skies! Heya neighbour! *waves*
