  1. Same issue, added lunch parameters forsing VR, force openXR.. nothing, DCS lunches but only in 2D. Non MT exe vorks with VR fine. So I gues I am excluded form trying this.. :(. O.
  2. Hi, most ridiculous, nonsensical AI Ace FM is with Jf-17.. When it comes to AI challange, I train almost exclusively against it with any jet.. anything else is relatively easy. O.
  3. I have checked the controler in Windows and it seems the issue was there. I have recently recalibrated my pedals and something went wrong.. So thanks for pointing me in this direction. I guess this thread can be closed as solved.. O.
  4. Will post screenshot when I get back home. I know what you mean, some modules require inverted settings. However now, regardless of setting - whether the axis are inverted or not, or set as the slider, they stay always in the middle. It is overall issue, not connetected to the specific module. The outcome is that if I assign wheel brake axis to the controller for any relevant module, the aircraft is permanently half-braking. I was using toe brakes without problems until the last update. I am curious whether anyone else have noticed this. O.
  5. I do not know, if it is a bug and if it is happening only to me, but after the latest DCS update, toe brake axis, even when set as the slider, work as if set as normal axis and therefore, eventhough there is no imput from the controler, the brakes in aircraft are always half actuated and therefore the aicraft is permanently braking. This makes toe brakes on my pedals basically useless for all aicraft, which brake with toe brakes. O.
  6. Reminder of my previous post - I have crashed once this evening, during the 2nd mission load, than cleaned C:\Users\ondre\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\fxo and now I am flying the whole evening without issues. Can anyone try to reproduce this to confirm, whether it is, or it is not, just me? O.
  7. Hi Flappie I thik might have the direction for finding the culprint of the second mission CTD. I have tried all the things sugested in this thread, with no positive result, just like every one elese. However I have found out, that if I erase C:\Users\ondre\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\fxo every day before flying, or after the first CTD that day, I can then fly all day long.. until next day comes and new *.fxo files appear in the folder, with the new date. I hope this workaround helps everyone, until the bug is found. O.
  8. And also the gun sight folding and transition from cruise view to gun sight view, are similarly afected... O.
  9. All right, I have figuered it out. It indeed is about resolution, but rather about the ratio, then the resolution itself. In another words if you have monitor with native resolution 16 / 10 you are screwed. If you have 16 / 9, you are good. I have old small monitor with native resolution 1680 / 1050. I have switched to 1600 / 900 in game and miracle happened, see picture bellow. Well for me, it seems, the sulotion is to buy a new monitor ... ... ehm finally after 18 years. O.
  10. Same for me, hopfully ED will notice this thread and try to address... O.
  11. Unfortunatelly I found that for now only enabling SSAA 2x removes this efect.. of course with corresponding drastic dip into the FPS. O.
  12. This toying against the AI Mig-15 somehow sparked my interest in Mig-15 and its module, so it is now freshly in my hangar. And the first thing I wanted to try was to put the whole task on its head: Is really Mig-15 AI grossly overperforming compared to the player's FM? I was really surprised about how the Mig can keep up with modern fighters in this particular scenario.. . O.
  13. Sekrit module ? It is obvious - M2000-5... in two weeksTM.. be sure . Looking at the F-15E screenshots, I have a question on more serios note - is there a plan to overhaul external model of M2000 in the future, similar to what was done with cockpit? O.
  14. I am slightly late to this discussion, but I love these little challenges . Here is my take on to this: And just for comparison with M2000 (which I have for 2 weeks now and I have become addicted to it ), which allows one to be bit more cheeky: In both cases, for training purposes, I handicaped my self with 2 heaters to add a bit more drag and weight. Exploiting speed, vertical and roll rate is the key - no need to add more after all the previous posts. O. P.S.: Please excuse lower quality of the videos, I still have small monitor, hence only SD on YouTube.
