  1. Oh I see. I remember there were showed some pics in the past that your asking for. I made a little researching and found only Apache cockpit... ...Falcon... ...Mi-24... ...A-10A ... but can't find Flanker and Eagle cockpit any more.
  2. You mean 6DOF in FC 2.0? You're searching it in a bad thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=790234&postcount=13
  3. Yes indeed! I got Race07, GTR Evo, STCC, and RaceOn. I just love it .
  4. Just set "Take-Off from parking" option when you place your Ka-50 in mission editor.
  5. "We are warriors!!!" I've never understood such behaves. I know - it's about building self-esteem and waking up adrenaline. But it's very funny when you look at it from a side.
  6. Most of us love it so HAPPY VALENTINE!!! :D
  7. Good that you've bought FC 1.0. To play FC 2.0 you'll have to install previous version too AFAIK. About TrackIR one more time - after installing its software don't forget to click on "game update" button. Without doing it TIR won't work in DCS in example. Maybe this operation would help with zoom axis in LOMAC 1.02, don't know for sure...
  8. Wait a little more for FC2.0. There will be limited in range 6DOF cockpits.
  9. right :) And I have to admit I didn't see that link before even the fact I'm here every day on this very forum. Don't worry. I got a lot of respect for you EB1! You, Chizh and Wags have similar way to interest the people. Don't answer directly - if it's possible let them to scan the screenshot for a clue. And it works (or at least will be working).
  10. ^ I think it would be democratic decision looking at results of the polls like "wich aircraft would you like to see?". I'm for A-A too. Give ED a contract on some military fighter simulator and there will be a bigger chance to see DCS version of that sim.
  11. But I didn't ask how wide is the range of moves. I've answered myself with deduction... Nevermind. No one got my point. Perhaps because english isn't my native language.
  12. I would gladly play late 1960 over North Vietnam in DCS detail aircrafts. It's the jets era but with more intresting for me kind of air combat - dogfighting. That would blow my mind. Imagine Crusaders, A-4s, Phantoms starting from a deck and MiGs-21 and 17s of North... Is there any still classified technology from that time?
  13. OK. Looking at the screenshot and I see that aircraft doesn't maneuver - no g's but head moves. So I supose that player can operate his head in 6dof. Got it now. Reading the FAQ I thought that only centrifugal force moves head in 6dof but player can't fight with it and flying player can't lean side to side. Good I was wrong. Ranges are ok. Let's say we're in tight buckled belts ;)
  14. Thanx but can I move my head with trackir 6dof in this limited range? Or will it be automatic 6dof according to maneuvering and trackir limited to 3dof. You know what I mean :)?
  15. Ofcourse. I wanted to know what does mean "limited 6DOF". What is the limitation. Does it mean your trackIR moves only in 3DOF (X,Y, Zoom) and there will be also tiny 6DOF moves as an effect of g-forces? If FC2 will be on DCS engine then 6DOF is possible. Only issue that limits this option to be turn on in FC2.0 is lack of fully 3D cockpit as Aeroscout pointed. Couldn't we get simply 3D cockpit (not clickable ofcourse cuz it's time consumming preparation) without many "polys" and 3d details - only well textured. It would help in eliminating blind spots (windshield)
  16. Yeah me too. It works perfectly.
  17. In the FAQ I read: What does it mean? Will it be a 6DOF cockpit without ability to switch/press anything in cockpit or does it mean it's 3DOF with TrackIR and sideways, up, down move of the head are made only by G forces? Couldn't it be fully 6DOF without clickable cockpit? It would help much in formation flying to eliminate blind spots (windshield)?
  18. Maybe to wet them in a bowl of warm water ;)
  19. ^ True but you're still able to get a good sense of balance with such setup. Yeah, me too... But it's a sim dammit :D Twist or rudder pedals? Whatever. No need to buy an expensive pro flight pedals wich can be used only with flight sims. It just depends on how seriously you are with your hobby. So, choice is up too you. All in all both solutions are supported by DCS BS ;)
  20. No official comments we heard yet.
  21. First time I see Mirage 4000 I must admit... Beautiful indeed.
  22. Twist is a no go for me because of unsimetrical feel of the controls - you drive it by one unsimetrically set hand.
  23. But I strongly suggest to use for rudder even primitive pedals that come with every cheap pc steerwheel which you can by in every megastore ;)
  24.
  25. Great decision Wags! Great news! Congratulations to both teams :clap_2:! Well deserved. Just one request to the teams - bring more campaigns like these please :) I bag you :notworthy:
