  1. Hi all, Can you 'adjust' the mirrors angle on the canopy to actually show the view you want in the back? Probably some lua tweak... would be nice if so. Thanks
  2. Sorry if it was reported before - I searched (as far as I could) and didn't see it reported. Inside the cockpit, canopy closed and aircraft engine is running, when looking directly 90 degrees to the right or left - the sound is almost muted. when just rotating your head around the cockpit you can hear the weird changes of sound levels, passing through the sides, or close to the sides, the volume lowers towards the side's center. but when focused to the direct left or right the sound gets almost totally muted. Checked with another friend who noticed the same issue. Thanks.
  3. ...bump... anyone??
  4. Thank you both for your answers! Seems way too much fuss unfortunately... Coug4r - if I select a virtual device as my input - I will not be able to talk as well on my actual input device as you can select only 1 device. but maybe it can be mixed with a supporting driver... If Criribob wont implement it in the code and make it simple enough (as in browse to select a folder with music and select a frequency to stream to on demand) it wont happen I guess... Ciribob? do you hear? :smilewink:
  5. Hi, Is there a way to stream audio into a channel? So all my group can hear the music/audio I stream to a specific channel they tune to? like directing the SRS to a specific folder with audio files and select the channel it plays on.... Is this in the works maybe?? Thanks.
  6. Thank you, In your picture I didn't see reference for the yellow and pink cable. are they needed? I want to leave the other buttons in msff2 operational (maybe in a side box) if possible.... Do you have the mmjoy2 compatible files for the Fighterstick? I will order ardiuno board (Pro mini/pro micro - does it matter which?) Thanks
  7. Great work Falcoblu and Viktor!!! I'd really love to do it to my msff2 and my old gameport CH Fighterstick lying around. Maybe you can provide some detailed instructions please? some photos from the work progress with some joystick porn:) what chip are you using? did you cut the Z axis? did you leave the msff2 buttons intact or cut them? what materials do you need? I have no experience in electronics and willing to learn in order to do it... Many thanks!!
  8. Thanks! I've copied only the Mirage 2000 part from Firmek's server lua and pasted it in my file at saved games. all working now with no IC fail. Many thanks to firmek! I wish it was simpler though, built in the game, without all that witchcraft and maintenance it takes all the time ....
  9. Tried that but it wont affect the Mirage FOV. it does for other aircrafts that I have. Do you have a method that you know it works for the Mirage specifically? Thanks
  10. Hi, As I use 3 monitors I was trying to adjust the Mirage FOV to my preferred setting as I do in other aircrafts, Under Config/View/Server.lua CameraViewAngleLimits CameraAngleRestriction But the Mirage view setting are under \Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Views.lua Changing that file there - leades to Integrity check fail. Is there a better way to handle it without IC failing? Thanks.
  11. Thank you!!! I AM
  12. Thanks! it worked :) What was the difference with the mission config that here I had to uncheck easy com to make it work, and in the default training - I didn't have to?
  13. ControlsIndicator Hi again, 1. What does the "HelmetIndicator" do with exporting it? 2. I can not export the "ControlsIndicator" for some reason, this is my "controlsindicator.lua" file with the added code to export what is wrong there?? would appreciate your help... Thanks
  14. Hi BD, Thank you for your great hard work!!!:thumbup: In mission 1 I've noticed that the VHF frequency mode selector is jumping back to it's place (M) and I can't move to the P position. also I cant dial in the numbers myself - they keep jumping back to their original place. In the original training mission it works normally and also in the "cold and dark" instant action mission. Many Thanks again! :) Ron
  15. Well you know what? you are correct... :) when I saw HELIOS in your files name - I just looked away and kept on waiting ..... I also asked for a non Helios profile later....I don't like using Helios (or HELL ios as I call it sometime... though it's a great stop gap tool) Well...my bad... Thanks for your efforts of course!! (Edit: rep inbound! and credits to you as well on the released file in the user section) Anyway I re-learned how to do it the hard way... I wish there was a built in tool with this module (or any DCS module ...) like the one made by Icemaker at the time for the A10C and the KA50 https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=71831 allowing easy export and positioning of many instruments. Unfortunately that tool is not maintained any more, and has to be done manually by the community. Hopefully it will change some time...
  16. Exports files Hi, Finally I've managed to export almost all currently available instruments for the Mirage-2000C , built in the module itself (non Helios), which includes : Radar/VTB, RWR, PCA. PCN, PPA, COM. FUEL Flow. (it was not very straight forward as in the A10C.....) See attached screenshot for a sample of the exported instruments on my 4th' monitor (other 3 are in surround). I've uploaded the files to the user files section. Export views for the monitor config lua: Link to export files ready for JSGME: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/39143190/M2KC%20Exports.7z NOTE - Edit the resolution and resize the exports to your custom monitor configuration. The sizes within the attached file are made for my setup, which is : 3 monitors in Surround at 6000x1200, and another auxiliary monitor right of the main monitor at 1360x768. i.e 7360x1200 total DCS resolution. Don't forget to bind a key to enable VTB export in the controls. it is off by default. Just realized that you are "Razbam" himself... Many thanks for your work!! I would really like it if you enable more instruments to be exported this way, without the use/burden of 3rd parties like Helios and others. The lack of another MFD makes it lok kind of "empty"... (Click link for my A10C monitor setup picture and exported instruments to compare http://i.imgur.com/nTIauWs.jpg). Basic flight instruments like artificial horizon, Altimeter, Airspeed indicator, VSI/VVI, ADI, Clock... and others like Fault indicator (which is hard to see), fuel indicator etc'... the more the merrier  Cheers :) Ron / S3TUP
  17. Thanks for your help guys! I'm looking for a non Helios profile please, that DCS itself exports and draws. waiting for some good news... :) Cheers
  18. HI All, New to the Mirage after long time on the A10C. I would like to know which instruments are available for export to another monitor. Have anyone made a JSGME file of them? I did so for the A10C, and like to export as many instruments as possible to my other monitor. Thanks! P.S. I'm using the method described here to export : https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2133064&postcount=2
  19. linking to my question in "General" section . which was not answered and maybe more suitable to this section... https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=178980 ____________________________________________________________ Hi, Seems like some F10 Map fonts are blurred, like cities names and grid letters. Airfield letters are fine. see attached screenshot in original PNG, where red circles mark blurred fonts... and the green circle marks fine readable fonts. I use surround monitors and the GUI is constrained to the center screen , as I always did. noticed it only a few patches ago... If I let the GUI spread over the 3 monitors - those fonts are back to normal - but it puts your head on a swivel even when not flying.... I find the lack of real support for 3 monitors annoying, especially where it used to be working in the past... Is it a known issue? Thanks

  21. I use 4 monitors, 3 in surround , and the menu is constrained to the center monitor within the GUI viewport. An extract of my monitor config lua : Viewports = { Center = { x = 0; y = 0; width = 6000; height = 1200; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 5; } } GUI = { x = 2040; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1200; } UIMainView = GUI
  22. Well...I see...... Thanks guys :)
  23. Hi. New to VR , and just got the Rift DK2 from a friend for some time. I have many questions and I'm trying to learn form this forum... Is there a way to adjust the head angle movement in Real life versus in VR? like in Track IR? i.e. when I have to look backwards, in Track IR I can adjust it that 10 degrees of my head movement - would translate into 180 degrees in game...(guess you all know what I mean...) with the VR I really have to look back. while it is very nice in the beginning, after a while of dogfight you can get your neck really strained... Thanks!
  24. Thank you guys! Thought it could add some calculation power in addition to my existing graphic card... I'll try to replace it maybe with another gaming card. Cheers...!
  25. Hi, I have a spare Nvidia Quadro 6000 graphic card, (http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-quadro-6000-us.html) would DCS or any other game benefit from it if I add it to my rig along side my GTX 1060 6GB card? besides selling it/replacing it with a GTX card? Thanks! p.s. I use 3 monitors...
