That looks great Bo! a lot going on there mate. As to the Desert rats, i cant find any reference, i could be wrong but i dont see any affiliation to the "Rats of Tobruk" Desert Rats. There might be some where back in the units lineage some supporting role, if that is what it is indicating at all. Once again great work mate.

Thanks Rick, as far as i know Bort positions and sizes cant be edited, but that doesnt mean you cant, Im trawling thru the game files and Lua to see if it is possible, All i can do at the moment is edit the fonts which is painstaking and slow and turn the Borts on and off in the skin Description Lua. I should have my Black Panther Skin completed soon as well.

This skin is mainly done, just some fiddly stuff to do and I will upload it. It will come in 3 versions, Airshow, Operational and Bort Activated Operational. This plane never flew operational, it was purely a RAAF Aerobatics plane (Red Diamonds), but I know some blokes want to fly it in battle.

I think all systems are open to abuse, i also have never really liked the rep system as well. If people like/dislike your post or contribution they should make a post and tell you - that way all is exposed for all to see. And if some idiot wants to abuse the system then the moderators, like they have always done, can act accordingly. A positive rep system with no commenting would surely be a way to go. But what gets up my goat is the seniority system ( Is it a system or something that this forum automatically generates ?), it seems a bit illogical that a member who joined in say 2007 is just a "Member" , but someone who joined in 2017 and has posted thousands of times is a "Senior Member", or is there any other reason for this ?

Yes what you say is true. I have always preferred and enjoyed authenticity, especially with the Sabre skins, but this time round im just playing with the possibilities because we can ( its a sim). But, by the by, also for me 30 years as a professional soldier its hard to not stay authentic and true to the AC's real form. It does rub the wrong way when something military is represented incorrectly.

Its all in the eye of the beholder, im about to re-release some of my old Sabre skins,but im going to make some of them ultra shiny, why ? because i want to. But i gues until we all see what happens with everything once DCS becomes settled with settings and lighting the old / young eyes will see things differently, people will have opinions and some will like some wont. Im just going to do what i like and take advice when it is warranted.

One day il get around to organising the wiring properly, but it isnt that bad in RL , When i want to use the Car racing gear i just move the Steering wheel up and slide the chair forward for the foot controls, Works pretty good, but still a WIP. :thumbup:
