  5. Hey no worries. The name of the Blue pilot was placed there by mistake as previously stated and we decided to not include it in the final count. Jeffrey will earn a keyring also though as he had not the chance to be in the Blue side list. Greg
  6. Eventually we will have to bring the server down and test how the campaign works on 1.5 and if we need to change anything. Depending on the results and general feedback from the forum about how 1.5 works we will announce which version will run on the server. It should be fine :D

  11. Hello. This should be improved as the enemy team can't move anymore units. So if there are any units placed wrong near the assets please report the Airbase, City or FARP to take a look. 1.5 Open Beta Fortunately ED announced that they are ready to release 1.5. As we want to assist on the open beta phase our initial thoughs are to move the stress testing there once it's out. Depending on the results our main goal remains to release the 3rd round there with some additions that we were waiting for. Stay tuned :) Greg

  13. After new mission restart how did you check that the FARP was not captured? Through the DCS F10 Map or the gadget ? After the mission restarts it needs 20 minutes to repair units and it will get your side's units repairs. Greg

A small update of the current server status and some AAR (Connection statistics) of the second round: 3rd Round Preparation Since the end of Operation's "Blue Flag" Round 2, we are working on some new features and fixes that we will present on the 3rd round. Feedback on the forums was really important & helpful. The server is currently running a stress test session since Friday and will remain open until we will be ready to announce the official start of the 3rd round. Please keep reporting issues on the forums. *At this point I would kindly ask again to use this thread specifically for the campaign and not for debates that are already open in other threads of the ED Forum. It really helps when we won't have to search through many posts for a report like Tello did previously about a possible issue for the AI's. The current changelog of the 3rd round is available here : http://www.buddyspike.net/news/m/34326321/article/3506641/page/1 On other news we upgraded our website recently ( layout and content ) and started the polls for the best Red & Blue Pilots of Round 2 (LINK: http://www.buddyspike.net/nominations ). The winners will earn keyrings with the Operation "Blue Flag" logo. 2nd Round Overall Connection stats Start date : 11st of September 2015 End date: 22nd of September 2015 During the 2nd round, a total number of 1503 DCS World pilots connected to the server. (unique id's) A total number of 9296 connections occured resulting an averege of ~6 connections per pilot during the 12 days. The player limit on the Server was set to 60 clients per session. On the next chart you can see the Red & Blue pilot numbers flying on on the Server during the 12 days of the Campaign. Earlier today we reached the 400th registration on "Buddy Spike" website.   15. Hello thanks a lot! Will take a look for the restart minutes. About the capturing. If you get the message that it's captured then the file is saved and it can't restart on the false side. The things that comes to my mind is : a) Did you see it as red in the gadget or Web based map or only in the F10 map? If so it would need 20 minutes to repair and would then be blue b) Maybe it was when we reverted all airbases and FARPs to their initial side? Greg

Yes but it was just a polite way to ask to use this thread for the campaign purposes and help us concentrate to release the 3 round :) As we are subscribed to this thread we have to get to it everytime something is posted to check if it's a report that we can fix etc. I think it's not proper to use it for every DCS related issue :D Maybe talk about missiles etc here?   19. Thanks a lot. The AI aircraft numbers are almost the same but some types changed. But optimised the number of ground units as we had to add a big number of them. Should be better now. Please report back to us if the problem is there again. Greg

You make the post twice here and in buddy spike? :D As I told you in the Buddy Spike forum the missiles are ok in the normal version (R-77's on SU-30) and we just put up another one to test something that may brought up the lag. Please be patient. Sukhumi aircrafts are not changed. (6x F-15's) Also as said in the "Buddy Spike" forum, this counting on aircraft numbers is totally wrong when we talk about tactics and they don't fit to a simmer ;) There are a lot of stuff you have to count that you missed.   23. Hello. Maybe will try it for the stress tests to see how it goes but ti gives for sure lower fps to some players which can cause warping especially when we reach ~50-59 players. Let's hope 1.5 will solve these issues :) Greg
  24. :) Yes we plan to include 70's and 80's scenarios but for the next rounds (not Round 3). Also more Red vs Blue including the attackers. As we focus now on preparing the 3rd round details about these scenarios will be available on a later stage. Greg
