DCSFlightpanels (DCSFP) thread. Saitek Pro Flight Panels & DCS
-Hammer- replied to a topic in DCS Modding
Just for Info: Works with 1.5 Beta  -
+1  One of the best Mods ever
-
Looks good and no frame drops. Still ~80 fps, everything on highest settings :D

Your CPU is not so old, I was running my CPU 2500K @ around 4,2 GHz. So I would take the GTX 980 Ti  especially when you are playing only at 1920x1080
-
As you wish =Andre= ;)

Thank you guys for all the input  My first switch is finally working (only about 300 to go :)), I´m so happy But I´m getting old and read the B numbers wrong..... (sorry) This is how the APEM 644 H/2 Switch works (The prints on the switch are on the left hand side) Top Row: A1 | B4 Middle Row: A2 | B5 Bottom Row: A3 | B6 Wire Bridge: A2 <-> B6 Ground Wire (with the BBI 32 I just need one ground wire): B5 BBI32 button 1 = A1 BBI32 button 2 = A3 BBI32 button 3 = B4

I get double presses in windows, its like this: 1 2 1+3 and DCS just recognizes Button 1 and Button 2
-
That was quick, but @cichlidfan: The IFFCC has separate commandos but A1-B1, etc. is not working. @debolestis: Thanks for the picture, so in my case A1 is Top Left and B6 is bottom right corner. This is what I am going to do: 1. Connect A1 with B6 (check) 2. Where do I but the ground wire(s) + the other 3 wires? I am completely lost

Hello you Cockpit Builders out there! I want to join the club, but run into my first problem  I tried to connect a three way switch (ON-ON-ON) for the IFFCC Switch (OFF-TEST-ON) and bought this switch: APEM 644H/2 (DPDT) http://eu.mouser.com/search/ProductDetail.aspx?Apem%2f644H-2%2f&qs=%2fs1LKTamv0z1Fm2vV5nWZw== to work with a Leo Bodnar BBI-32 Board. ON-ON and ON-OFF-ON switches are working like they should It has 6 Pins and I have no clue how to wire them.... The Pins are numbered like this: Top Row: A1 | B1 Middle Row: A2 | B2 Upper Row: A3 | B3 Is this the right switch for my project? Thank you for your help!

I would buy a new one. If you fix this problem the next thing is a button that will stop to work, then a switch and another switch and ultimately you have to change the Board. This is the story of mine.

Stiffer TM Warthog or force sensor mod thought
-Hammer- replied to Lobinjaevel's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
If you have the money for the FSSB R3, get it  I received mine two days ago and it is absolutely awesome, compared to the original Warthog it is like driving a Ferrari vs. an old truck I was finally able to do an aerial refueling without crashing into the tanker :) And believe me, I know it is a lot of money  -
Link is working for me. No Problems to download the file

MFG Crosswind - Review
-Hammer- replied to Flamin_Squirrel's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I never thought that there is such a huge difference between my old Saitek Pedals and the MFG Crosswind. They are amazing and it feels like flying a new plane (A-10C). Installation was easy, just plug´n´play  Thank you Milan -

DCSFlightpanels (DCSFP) thread. Saitek Pro Flight Panels & DCS
-Hammer- replied to a topic in DCS Modding
The Multi Panel arrived and is running. But I have two questions: 1) What settings do I have to make to set the buttons (HDG, NAV, IAS,...) as PUSH buttons (like Signal Test and Oxy Test,...)? Right now they are only working as Switches 2) The Display shows me the Heading and Altitude, are there any other functions avaliable? Thank you  -
If the file doesn´t exist, copy your default "labels.lua" from your Installation folder ...\Config\View to your ....\saved games\dcs\config\view folder

@pdmarsh -- Thanks for the input. The use of the knobs for the HSI is a great idea. Ordered them already
