Fantastic module you guys, thanks! I can't see myself flying anything else in the foreseeable future. Everything about it is just, class. That being said, you guys sure have your work cut out for yourselves, a lot of bug squashing and tweaking left to be done I reckon. Thing is though, although there are quite a few issues to be ironed out, it's such an excellent module that it doesn't really matter atm. I'm having a literal BLAST! zooming around and shooting stuff up both in the air and on the ground. I also just love how analogue it is, some people seem to get workload fatigue by it but I feel the opposite. In the A-10C I never felt like I had a good check on things and how they worked, mainly because of all the digital stuff and abbreviations. In the MiG it's like, "here's your radar, that's the switch for it" or "this is your gunsight, flick this switch for it to use it" etc etc. You can really sense the philosophy behind the soviet design, simplicity! I've been waiting for a module that feels juuuust right for me and I knew even before it was released that it would be just up my alley. I just didn't know, it would be this awesome! Thank you LN for a fantastic module, whatever your making next, you can count on me purchasing it when it's done....or earlier.:D Awesome....sauce!

For me, the SAU usually works but sometimes -by some kind of chain of events- it won't turn on again after being switched off. It's like, take-off->level flight->engage SAU->disengage SAU and do some "stuff"->SAU won't work again. Haven't tried the keyboard command yet, I usually use the cockpit switches. Haven't played around with the attitude hold yet though.

We are lucky to have a copy here in Vaasa city library, borrowed it twice already. :)

My advise, keep speed UP and fight at higher altitude! Acceleration (without emergency afterburner turned on) is somewhat slow so try not to turn-n-burn it too much because if you loose speed and get someone on your tail, it's game over.

Yeah, 100% oxygen is only used for certain critical situations I think. Hope they'll fix the bug in the first update. Wow, these bugs are really starting to add up, not too unexpected though.

I think Cobra mentioned in another thread that the weapon loadout will auto-correct if you load stuff in a way that's not correct to the real-world loadouts of the MiG-21. For stability, weight or other reasons, the MiG-21 probably can't have more than 2 pairs of R-60's on the wings.

Did you check how much was left in the o2 gauge? Also, the oxygen system is kind of automatic as far as I understand it so no need to flick the 100% o2 switch, doesn't the oxygen run out faster if you use 100% oxygen btw?

Looks more like how Cobra and team are feeling atm. Oh yeah and thanks for your very active and helpful support guys, you are an example to all other third-party developers. I haven't had to much of performance problems but that might be thanks to my new AMD R9 280 3GB graphics card I got last week.:D

I totally failed my first landing and I thought to myself "here comes the BOOM!" but the plane just happily bounced along the runway until I regained control and merrily drove it back to the parking spot. Yeah, it needs tuning, ANY other plane would have been a hole in the ground with that "landing". Still, loving the plane, can't enough of it. Thanks LN!

Well, there is the recovery switch, maybe there is also a immortality switch somewhere. :) Seriously though, might have something to do with those "last minute" additions to the damage modeling that LN made.

I don't necessarily think that is a "bad" thing. This guy and his videos reaches out to his audience, an audience that might not be too familiar with DCS but might just get interested with DCS:World because of his videos. If you just preach to the choir you won't get any new members for your congregation.:D

I loved their DCS:A-10C and Huey quick looks they made a while back, hilarious stuff. You should send them a promo or release code for the MiG-21bis. I'd pay to see them do a quick look on the Bis. Not to mention the potential PR gains.

Flightsims ARE my hobby and FSX is boring me to tears atm. Already have the Sabre, it didn't quite tickle my fancy, I just bought it because I had one of them 70% discount coupons. Still on the fence about the Dora. Does it come with a campaign or any missions? The Sabre release was quite barebones, I know it's a beta but still.
