  2. look at the Turkish Air Force for the F-5E
  3. They have AA-2 Atoll, look in the Photo thread.
  4. No, it has 5 like every Su-25 per wing.
  5. how can you see the difference between the Su-25 and the Su-25 SM from the outside?
  6. The AGM-122 came into service in the mid/late 80s and even 1990 the USMC received new ones, at this time the F-8 Crusader was already retired and the Ah-1 and the AV-8B were the only aircrafts in USMC inventory which could use the AGM-122. I don't think an Ah-1 uses an "optical" version of the AGM-65. I am sure they carried the C or E variant which both are laser guided like Hellfires.
  7. Hmm, there are about 700 made. For the Maverick, the AH-1 defenitely can use it, I just don't know if it was ever used apart from tests. It would have it's use like the Kh-25 ML on the KA-50 has.
  8. What's up with AGM-65 on the AH-1W, did they use it apart from tests? I hope the DCS AH-1W will have AGM-122 Sidearm, too:thumbup: ..and MAWS
  9. Usuallay they roll into the sea.
  10. I am a German that's why I have the information from the german news on TV and what was written in the newspaper. I don't know if this is correct or the information from Jane's. Btw "Der Spiegel" is a german magazine which sometimes invents stories to sell their magazine better, so not very reliable.
  11. I just repeat what was in the news.
  12. Actually it is not true that all german Eurofighters have their service life halfed. It's only the first 33 planes (all Tranche 1) and not only german planes have this problems, all Tranche 1 planes are affected. In the british Eurofighter factory they drilled wrong holes in the fuselage which weakend the airframe. Just to get that right.
  13. Another tactic, go very high, 10.000m at least, fly directly over the Roland and then do a vertical dive and realese bombs or unguided rockets.
  14. Didn't know the US Navy is still using Aim-7 Sparrows.
  15. That's the first time in the whole service life of the system that a Patriot missle shoots down a hostile plane. To this day it only shot down other missles and friendly jets.
  16. Hmm, USAF is using Windows XP for their Reapers:megalol: Watch from 1:43 to 1:53 in the top left corner of the video.
  17. They use M-109
  18. Somewhere I read that it is the biggest single engine plane.
  19. I installed 1.2.8 over 1.2.6 and it seems that the installer didn't overwrite the loadout section. That's it. Thank you guys for your help.
  20. No, I want exactly the 1.2.7 loadouts. Since 1.2.8 I have the pre 1.2.7 loadouts again (1.2.6, 1.2.5 etc) or is it just in my game like this?
  21. Why are all the weapon loadouts wich were reworked in 1.2.7 are reseted to the previous status, like F-16 carrying the same loadouts as the F-16 C BLock 52 or the A-10C can't using any bombs under the central belly position? Would be nice if you correct it to the the 1.2.7 state again.
  23. Sorry to interrupt you, how does the points count for a hard drive? Do you get 3 points when you change your primary HD (C: ), the HD where DCS is installed on but isnt'tyour Windows HD or any HD in your PC even if it has nothing to do with Windows and DCS? An activation will be required if the hardware/software changes exceed 12 points as rated below: CPU ID: 13 Windows PID: 3 Computer Name: 3 Hard drive volume serial number: 3 MAC address: 6 RAM amount: 6
