I didn't read the whole thread, is it for sure that the TF-51 will have a clickable cockpit or will it be a FC like bird with non clickable cockpit and with AFM?

How old is the last picture (with the E-3 in 25 years NATO AWACS celebration colours) I ask because in 2007 I was in Geilenkirchen during that celebration and I am wondering if this plane is still flying with that special paint scheme.

A-10 A cockpit should work for a F-16 with Aim-9 and Mav. The F-5 would work perfect with the A-10 A cockpit because you could use all weapons the aircraft can use and the F-5 would have a western cockpit.

If you tolerate absence of some features you can play the game with an older version. I use Version 1.2.4 because for 32bit it seems to be best. Download DCS world, install it and downgrade it. here are the min and recommended specs for versions 1.1.1 - 1.2.5 I think. Wenn Korsika nicht käme wäre das echt schade. Meiner Meinung ist eine Karte im Mittelmeerraum sehr viel reizvoller als irgendwo in der Wüste (Nevada). Auch wäre ein potentielles F/A-18 Modul ohne Wasser, also auch ohne Flugzeugträger, bei weitem nicht so reizvoll wie mit Träger. Wie ich das verstanden habe kann man aber mit den (modernen) DCS World Fliegern auf der Normandie Karte aus DCS World 1944 fliegen. Weiß jemand ob man auch AI Boden Einheiten aus DCS World auf die DCS World 1944 Karte setzen kann? Frohes Fest !!

Kopier einfach mal den Eintrag Clickable mouse cockpit mode On/Off General hinter "MOUSE_BTN3" statt Camera transpose mode on/off Also so: "MOUSE_BTN3" Clickable mouse cockpit mode On/Off General Das ganze in der datei default.lua im input/mouse Ordner. Jetzt hättest Du statt der Oberkörperbewegung die Funktion clickbares Cockpit an/aus auf der mittleren Maustaste. Da ich die Oberkörperbewegungen aber nicht deaktivieren möchte sonder zusätzlich den Doppelclick der 3. Maustaste für die clickbare Cockpit Funktion möchte meine Frage wie ich das wieder hinbekomme. Das geht nämlich ganz sicher, ich hatte es ja mal so.

Meiner Meinung nach ist für 32bit Systeme und schwache PCs die Version 1.2.4 die geeignetste. Ich verwende deswegen auf einem 32Bit System die Version 1.2.4.12547 Die etwas neuere 1.2.4 Version (genaue Bezeichnung kenne ich nicht) hat das Problem, dass bei Explosionen oder brennenden Wracks die Framerate massiv in den Keller geht. Hauptschwachpunkt der Version 1.2.4.12547 ist allerdings, dass man im CCRP nur schwer seine Ziele trifft, ansonsten läuft das Spiel aber recht gut.

Don't take the system requirements to seriously. The Mi-8 module doesn't have higher requirements than the other modules. The reason why higher requirements for the Mi-8 is that the other ones aren't updated yet. Especially the amount of RAM may be even less in the Mi-8 than in the Ka-50 or A-10C because just look at the size of each module Mi-8: 220MB, Ka-50: 870MB A-10C: 1,22GB.

I am still using 32bit. Problem is that the system can only handle 2GB RAM for a single application (I never get the 3GB hack worked). For that reason you only can have few planes in your mission. Best Version for 32bit is 1.2.4. P.s Can someone explain what I should do to get the 32bit hack working? e.g. doese it matter in which folder i have to do the hack while i am in the DOS box, do I have to be in the DCS folder or does it work globally for windows? If I enable it, when does it work? Directly or do I have to restart? Is it gone after another restart so that I have to enable the hack again?

How will it be with the normandy map, can you use it in DCS:World ?

Yes, the manual of the a-10A says the TV version just has the 3x wide field of view but the same missle has a wide 3x and narrow 6x field of view in the A-10C. I don't think you can call this a bug because if you take the manual as basis it is like it should be, so it is more like a simple mistake.

yes, everything right but we are talking about the fact that in the A-10C module the same missle has a wide and narrow field of view (with zoom factor 3x in wide mode and with zoom factor 6x in narrow mode) and in the A-10A module it doesn't have the narrow field of view (6x zoom factor). Both missles have the same TV seeker so they sould also have the same option. The IR versions of the Mav are modeled correctly, they have two Fov options in both planes. It has nothing to do with the TGP in the A-10C.

Why does the A-10C's TV-Mavs have 3x and 6x zoom and the A-10A's only 3x Zoom? What is it in reality?

I am very much interested in this helo, especially if it will work as a multiplayer platform in a future version (1 player pilot, the other gunner / doorgunner). For the gunner it would be very nice to operate guided missles and / or the 12,7mm nosegun, without that it might get pretty boring for a crew member next to the pilot. So will the above systems be available in this module?
