This was by far the hardest mission for me in this campaign. I asked about it back in April. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=186280 To be honest, I had to go to unlimited ammo to complete it:music_whistling: I had success with the KMGU dispensers and cluster bombs, attacking when a group of boats was in line. Use your wingman also. I forget how many times I practiced this mission before attempting it in the campaign and still had an Oh S*#t moment when one speedboat survived my last run and rammed one of the ships! Luckily he died and mission complete:thumbup: MJ

The last post on the WinX upgrade was 2 years ago, so I am starting another thread to ask my questions. I am downloading it to a thumbdrive now, but was wondering if I should save anything besides my saved games folder before I install it? Will the upgrade wipe my SSD of everything on it now (Windows 7 Home Premium) and leave me to reinstall everything? Not a big deal, but I want to know what to expect before I hit the button:unsure: I would stay with 7 for a while longer, but it only supports 16Gb of memory while my MB can take more. To revive an oldish thread, I just did a landing before daylight at Sochi in my Su-33 and the runway lights were not on. This was the first mission of the stock Heavy Sky mission, (Relocate). I am still running ver. 1.5.6 because of all the bugs in 1.5.7. I have not updated the campaign. Are the lights at Sochi inoperable? MJ

I have no software installed for the MS stick, and don't know if there is any available for it that would still be compatible. I will do some Googling to see what I can find:book: Thanks for the help MJ

I am using the hat switch on my MSFFB2 stick. No axis to tune! Any file that can be edited to slow it down? MJ

I'm not sure if this belongs here as it is not a bug or a problem, but is there a way of adjusting the speed of the TDC slew rate? I find it too fast and not very precise at the default setting. This is for all the aircraft that I have, but most annoying in the F-15 when trying to sort targets in TWS. I am using the hat on a MS Sidewinder FFB stick. Why would it be needed in 1.5.6 if the FPS are not capped in that version? All I'm saying is something changed from 1.5.6 to 1.5.7 to cap FPS and I am wondering if it was intentional or a bug.

Thanks BN That is for 1.5.7 correct? I'll save it until I update again. Two downloads in a week is enough for me for a while:( Is there a reason for this change?

Art-J- I've never had to change to full screen from default and still got good FPS. After reading all the threads about it I changed back and forth several times and got better results with the default setting. BIGNEWY- 1.5.6 does not have an autoexec.cfg in it. Is this something new required in 1.5.7? MJ

The reason I ask is that in 1.5.6 I am getting up to 200+ and never below 80 FPS. Vsync off in game. Adaptive Vsync on in Nvidia Control Panel. In 1.5.7 it seems to be capped at 60 (59.5 showing in Afterburner) as if Vsync were enabled in game. It is not. I rolled back to 1.5.6 and my FPS are back up. Same settings. Anyone else seeing this?
