  1. Here's an attachment of my current layout of the game and Helios. Acer "Main/Primary" on the left and Samsung/Helios(which I want to run the touchscreen on) on the right. Problem. They both want to be Primary. Skate- My .lua file is currently set like this; { Center = { x = 0; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.7; } } Should I just change x=-1920, or something like that? Remember monitor 1 on the left is 1920 and monitor 2 on the right is 1680.
  2. Cichlid- That's what happening now. Skate- My main/current primary monitor is an Acer GD235HZ 1920x1080 120hz My secondary monitor is a Samsung 226BW 1680x1050 60hz Here are some pics of how my setup is currently and how I want it to be. WINDOWS / HELIOS
  3. Gadroc, that's a solid negative on the tablet settings. I ran setup and hit enter on the keyboard but the touchscreen kit still defaults to whatever the primary monitor is set. On a side note I'm getting some pretty funny emails from the company over seas and I may post our correspondence.
  4. I did find the "Tablet PC Input Service". I can turn it on by doing a search in Windows for Services and scroll down to "Tablet PC Input Service" If it's not turned on automatically when I plug in the touchscreen kit and load the drivers then I'll turn it on and try your suggestions. I'll post the results after I get home.
  5. Gadroc, I'll have to double check my PC at home but on my system at work I checked the Control Panel and there is no option for "Tablet PC Settings". May be there will be an option for this on my home PC after the drivers for the touchscreen kit have been installed. Maybe :\
  6. I even got a legit copy of Display Fusion which you can specify which programs to run on which monitor and that does not work either. :( Does anyone know of another application management software that actually works for this issue?
  7. Thanks for the input. Guess I'll keep digging. IT SHALL WOOOOORK!!!! :sorcerer:
  8. Cichlid- You are totally right. It slipped my mind. So if the game is in windowed mode shouldn't I be able to move it to another window? :\
  9. What if I were to use SoftTH? Could my setup work with this program or would I run into the same issue?
  10. Am I safe to assume that judging by the the lack of response that this is either a real easy fix and I'm just a dumba$$ or, I did not provide enough information. :.(
  11. Hi all, I'm am in need of some guidance/assistance with an issue that I'm having with DCS game and a recently purchased(today) USB touchscreen kit working together with two different monitors. The problem: Both DCS and the touchscreen require the "Make this my main display" option. The setup: Monitor 1 Acer GD235HZ is currently not set as "My main monitor" but, I would like it to act as the main monitor and display the DCS game. Monitor 2 Samsung 226BW is currently my secondary(but set at "Make this my default display") monitor which runs Helios and has a USB touch screen kit; http://www.amazon.com/16-Plug---play-Non-touch-Touchscreen/dp/B008QRZ7AM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1395724924&sr=8-2&keywords=touch+screen+kit The question: How to make the DCS game run on a monitor that is not the "Main display"? Please ask any questions if I wasn't being clear enough or if you need any more information. Thanks
  12. Thanks Hans, I found my copy of the export files. This looks interesting. Kinda like the Mod launcher I use for Arma2. :) I will read the thread and check it out.
  13. You could use my profile. I have the x52 Pro though. I use the slider for my air brake as well, but, in order to use it and NOT lock up your keyboard you have to slide it forward or reverse to set the air brake to the desired position but then slide it back to the middle position to "release" the air brake button. Since moving the slider in either direction acts like a constant key press. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/267093/
  14. Can some one please direct me to the/a thread for the Monitor Export for 1.2.6? I always seem to misplace my install setup for my monitor exports and every time there's an update I need to set it up again(not to mention I switched my monitor setup). I have used this thread in the past and I believe this one has been updated to work with 1.2.5 and I was wondering if that version has been tested to work with the 1.2.6 update? http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=70716 Thanks
  15. Any/or all of my links in my signature. I've even had Gadroc ask me if he could use my Helios tutorials on his site.
  16. Yeah sorry. Totally mis-read that. :blush::music_whistling:
  17. Oops! sorry no vid in sig but here they are; Part 1; Part 2;
  18. no need for DT, unless you wanted to control something else at the same time when you flip the switch. Check out my links in my sig for tutorials on GGG boards and Helios
  19. I noticed the same thing. Preset button not working.
  20. I would like to make a profile in Helios that I can run when I'm flying at night. I would like the gauge faces and needles to glow like they do in the game. I assume I would have to edit each gauge and item in Photoshop. My question is has anyone extracted the images of the gause faces and needles from Helios like Loz SMv2.1 (http://www.gadrocsworkshop.com/node/9) extracted the fascias from the game? Here is an example of what I want it to look like.;
  21. Yes, pacotito is correct you need to install the Saitek Programing software(SST). Once that is installed you can go to here to get profiles; 1. go to this website; http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/ 2. create and/or login on the lower left 3. On the left select User Files 4. In the File Type drop-down select Device Profiles 5. Select filter on the right 6. Find a profile you like and open it with the SST software and then save. I suggest this profile ;) http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/267093/
  22. This is what I used and now everything works just fine; http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=112454
