Yeah, I had a buddy of mine get the files ready for printing. (See the PDFs at the bottom of page 7) They are setup so there are several layers to be printed. The first layer which would be printed a base color and the text and graphics are slightly wider than the final layer print. Then the final layer text and graphics are the correct size. This process is called choke or spread. http://desktoppub.about.com/od/glossary/g/Choke.htm The files are also set up for pantone colors. I'll just need to select the correct color for the EFC caution colors and the grey button color for the keys on the CDU. :) If anyone knows the pantone color for the EFC caution line colors and the CDU key colors please let me know. Thanks!

I love it! Track IR and a second monitor running Helios are a must IMO. Anything beyond this type of setup is extra. I'm pretty happy with my X52 Pro although I'm trying to figure out a way to remove the wobbiness from the stick. I was thinking of purchasing a touch screen kit that would overlay my 22". I think I would still use my TM Cougar MFCDs though on top as well. http://www.amazon.com/22in-LCD-Touchscreen-Panel-Kit/dp/B0094WLUWM/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=12M3OBMK27NZ2&coliid=I2FA2BRWW8YMEC I'm running a 24" for my main monitor and that seems to be fine. Track IR really helps making the most of a small monitor. Not too much else to say. Let me know if you have any questions. Also check out my panel build in my sig!

I'm trying various graphics shops locally to get some samples and to find out various printing options.

Dropship, no additional work will need to be done. I'm just printing the panels on a sheet of transparency film and laying them over some light boxes I made.

@Cali- Didn't know I left the A-10.. @Sci2- They're just airsoft guns. A WE 1911 and a KWA Glock 19. My real home defense is a Winchester 1300 and an SKS. :)

I'm not going for exact replica. I think it looks cool and it is in the game. Here is a screenshot from the game;

So with a little bit of Photoshop I was able to take a picture of my panels and overlay my panel images. Hopefully they turn out like this.

Got got my files back from a friend who set them up for printing. Again, I'm hoping to find someone who can print these 5.75" by 23.25" size panels on transparency film. I was thinking of reverse printing them so the printed side will be face down on the white translucent acrylic and then backlit. Final Panel Images.rar

I can confirm that downloading A-10C from DCS and using the key from Steam works perfectly fine. This is how I'm currently setup.

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of BS2 and I have a question regarding the UV26 display. I'm using Helios and DCS BS Higgins profile. My question is, how do I show the numeric numbers on that panel? Can it be setup as an export? I do see that the Helios profile has a couple of options for displaying some numbers(see the selection in red); Can someone please help me figure out how to get this information to display on that panel on my second monitor? I would greatly be indebted to you!:helpsmilie:

^Thanks! Just upgraded and it works! Now how do you get the training to work for the Ka-50?
-
So if Ka-50 installs to my E:\Steam\steamapps\common directory(which is the default) then I purchase the upgrade to Ka-50 2 from DCS how do I get all that into DCS World?
-
I just purchased my copy of Ka-50 and I'm downloading to the Steam folder. There is no product key available in my steam library. I'm running the Beta version of the Steam client that allows you to specify where to install thins. When I direct Ka-50 to install into my DCS World\Mods\aircrafts folder it says that there is already a Steam folder on that drive. Is there a way/is it possible/do I have to move the installation to the DCS World\Mods\aircrafts directory? I'm planing on purchasing the upgrade as well. How should all this be installed. When I bought A-10C from Steam I only used the product key from Steam and downloaded the software from DCSs website. Since there is no product key with Ka-50 What should I do?

Tablet vs Touchscreen monitor for CDU

AV8R, what size is that mimo running the CDU? -
Hey guys quick question. Is any using the Liliput Um-70t 7" touchscreen for a CDU using Helios? I was wondering if that is large enough for using the cdu and if there were any issues to be aware of? Take a look at this guys issue. I know he is using them for the MFCDs but maybe some sort of issue would also happen with the screen not updating. Here is a link to the one I'm thinking of purchasing; http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003L9FVJM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&smid=A1ZXWJYIISJIMI

Now I just need to print the console images on transparency film, cut the holes, mount and wire up the switches. Then on to the fuel panel section and caution panel and electrical panel box builds.
-
Was able to make a little progress on my left and right consoles. I got a 16ft roll of RGB LEDs and a remote control
