  1. Thanks! I uninstalled DCSA10 a while ago and is using DCSWorld. Havent seen any problems yet. I feel so lucky becouse I ordered them the week before the manufacturer decided to stop making them. Maybe I have the last SIMPED's ever to be made?
  2. Rudder pedals arrived today. Impressive quality but will take some time getting used to :)
  3. Got the SIMPED's today. Impressive quality. Will take some time getting used to rudder pedals though :)
  4. Hello! I ordered some SIMPEDS last week. I need rudder pedals and I have read good things about these pedals. I just tried to go the SIMPED website and I stumbled on this: https://shop.strato.de/epages/219707.sf/sec2c1f6e113a/?ObjectPath=/Shops/219707/Categories I think this community might be interested in this, thats why I'm posting this thread. I'm sure there are some SIMPED users around here. Also I think I got really lucky when I ordered just a week before so I can get my hands on some of the last SIMPEDS. Think about it. SIMPED's have been made for 15 years or so.
  5. Hello! This is DCS:World 1.1.2.1 beta. I saw a train and did close flyby in my Mustang. After crashing I took some screenshots of a strange traincar. It was an actual car, as in "automobile" but also a traincar at the same time  //Brisse
  6. I've got the same SSD since 6 months back or something. It was twice that price back then.
  7. Oops. I klicked the "place order" button for the SIMPED.
  8. Pedals is the only thing i'm missing from your list. Got a reply from Mr Hofmann at DHS electronics and I think I'm going to order the SIMPEDS :pilotfly: Going to klick the order button tomorrow I think
  9. Looks great! Let's hope for some Swedish third party addon aircraft in the future as well :)
  10. Hello! I did SEAD today in SU-25T DCS:World 1.1.2.1 against HAWK-sites in a certain mission made by DRAGON. Me and some other guy on the server noticed that the HAWK's launced at the KH-58 to defend themselves and they manage to kill some of the KH-58's. We questioned if this is realistic or not and later I did some research. I found that some modernised HAWK-systems can engage cruise missiles but hey, the KH-58 is not a cruise missile and it does mach 3.5. Is it really realistic that the HAWK-system can defend itself by shooting down incomig KH-58? When watching everything in Tacview afterwards I also noticed that several Stinger MANPADS launched at the KH-58. That must be wrong! I don't know if this is a question or a bug report. Maybe it's both. Brisse
  11. Hello! Mission 2.3.0 in A10C campaign seems broken in DCS:World 1.1.2.1. The target is a group of utility trucks. I'm dropping all kind of weapons on them but they seem invincible. Tried the mission several times now. Is it broken? Brisse
  12. Dunno! That screenshot I posted above is in broad daylight. This need tweaking I think.
  13. I was flying the MiG-25 yesterday in DCS:World and yes, the sky darkens, you can se curvature and even stars are visible in broad daylight. The bad thing is that the map is a bit to small for that kind of aircraft but I think most smaller fighters will be okay as they will run out of fuel quickly. Another bad thing is that visibility range seems short even when it's maxed out in options.
  14. Thanks to all of you! Thats what I needed. Sent a message yesterday with some questions to manufacturer of SIMPED pedals. Really want the F16/c pedals but they don't have them in stock :( Me living in Sweden means ordering from Germany = no problem at all.
  15. Yes I use the Cougar for A10C and I use keyboard for rudder in this particular case :) I use ANT ELEV for zoom view. RNG knob is actually free in A10C but I don't like using the knobs for rudder. It feels slow and clumsy. I only bind microstick to rudder in P51D and BS2 where rudder is a must have. But hey, guys. The reason for my initial post was I need you to convince me to go and buy some pedals. Please just tell me something like "you can't live without them" so I can go out and get some pedals!!! :joystick:
  16. Woho!!! This in the only reason why I haven't used the Shark for a while now. I want everything in the same place.
  17. I have never used pedals. Where I really need rudder I usually assign it to the microstick on the Cougar. Lately I have been simming more than usual so I'm starting to feel the need for some pedals. SIMPED F16/c is what I want but it's a lot of money. Haven't decided yet :)
  18. If one were to buy a new Cougar and then buy one of the popular mods including hall sensors it will cost as much as the Warthog in the end. Since you already have a Cougar it will only cost you half of the Warthog's price.
  19. Some mods replace the part marked in red and Thrustmaster sells spare parts if you want to go that way. Still, if you REALLY want the Warthog then go for it :)
  20. I've had four Razer products and only been happy with two of them. Good: Diamondback Deathadder Bad: Lycosa Copperhead I will stick to my trusted Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar... I don't think this will be useful for anything but MWO.
  21. Hi! I have never flown anything in real world and I respect your opinion but I have heard Mustang pilots describe high AOA and stall behavior of the plane and it sounds exactly like it feels in DCS: P-51D.
  22. Or, get some modded gimbals and hall sensors! Cougar is a great stick but is not perfect untill you start modding it. I'm still waiting for mine (many years) to break so I can get some mods :) Don't forget we might get DCS: F16 one day!
  23. Haha, those are some funny screenshots. Yes, I flew the A-10C before flying SU-25T and I think i disconnected from the server and joined again before I flew SU-25T.
  24. Hi. I was doing some SEAD in multiplayer with SU-25T this evening on a public server. There was another client accusing me of cheating. He said I was firing russian weapons from the A-10C. I looked carefully on my aircraft both in cockpit and external view and I am pretty sure it was the SU-25T just as i selected  Maybe this is another variant on the ghost client bug?
