  1. I doubt any modern CS would allow an oscilatory state.
  2. Reminds me of all the crashes last year in Serbia. Don't think it has anything to do with the crisis. Too soon.
  3. The fact that they had no jet trainer, and went from prop to MiG-21 could also have something to do with it.
  4. niiiice :) good music too ;)
  5. Good lyrics in the second song :D
  6. Yea, because they sure didn't show them how to fly the MiG-21
  7. Hehe. Nice disguise :) Why don't they do super sonic flights over water? Btw, it was cool here yesterday too. Clouds were low, but a learjetish plane flew under them at low level, preparing to land in Belgrade :)
  8. I've heard that they may give up on them and concentrate on transport aviation.
  9. I bett that its a pain for you to fold your clothes too, but for them.. ;) And they are really proud of their work. :)
  10. Here at 0:48 you can see a Croatian MiG-21 engine test: I have longer videos of Serbian MiGs tested, but I am not allowed to upload :( There are women who do that :)
  11. Yes. For static engine tests, aircraft are tied down with cables.

    :book:;)
  13. Russian air force aircraft must have all their parts Made in Russia.
  14. It worked yesterday. Seems that they have removed the thread.
  15. They say it was a brand new aircraft on its first flight :( Pilot OK.
  16. All airliners are potential foes
  17. For the last time, AESA CAN split its beam into multiple independent beams. It is NOT just single beam giving apperance of multiple beams by moving quickly (although that can be done too).
  18. Were the last two pages of this thread stealth to you? ;)
  19. Maybe those are inflatable Rapors ;)
  20. Some of the cockpit shots are from a MiG-21
  21. Good. Now that it's open source, maybe we'll see some nice third party mods ;)
  22. Since you've brought the thread up, I'll add one thing that my friend reminded me of a few days ago: dogs :) She says that you could see her dog just stand up, stare at one point, see the hair go up on his back, count to 7 and then you would hear an explosion.
  23. Would it at all be possible to lock a scanning radar? With ground ARM you need to catch several sweeps in order to triangulate the position with enough precision. Here you would have a movable target that changes its position with every sweep. Maybe with a fast processor you could take more samples of one sweep. Anyhow, a really complicated task.
  24. Cable snaps - not exclusive to the Kuz.. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=8a2_1240097728
