We will consider in the future events. Blue Flag had to be open to allow the community to discover it. We would like to thank everyone's participant, feedback and enthusiasm. It's our pleasure to build it, progress it and give to this awesome community the missing part of multiplayer for DCS! We have many more plans for the future and we take your feedback seriously for our upcoming events.

All the relevant idiots who did it are now banned permanently. Because of this event and a few others that we had, we will probably assign a password for the Teamspeak, it will be published here and in the server information in the DCS server list. Please stay tuned in these 2 medias in case you see a new password has been added to the Teamspeak.

Update on bomber script - Thanks to work from Ciribob, the bombers will now pick 6 targets and will engage them instead or area bombing. This change will allow for the bomber idea to create the diversity and tactics of an attack. The update should be going into the server tonight! Please give us your feedback after testing it in the campaign. Xcom

Argument - because we decided to. We don't see it related to lag. About gear up exploit, because this is a DCS bug, we will report it and until it is fixed, nothing else we can do. About balancing and side fairness issues, stop with the righteousness and start flying. So far looks like the red side has pushed back the blue side.

Might be added on next rounds. This round was lag free mostly until recently. We are not completely sure why it started suddenly, It's possible that some players with bad connection or PCs affect the whole stability of the server, if this is the case, it is most unfortunate as we do not have a way to deal with such cases. So, the only thing we can ask from the players who join the server at the moment is the following - 1. Make sure you do not run any bandwidth consuming programs in the background. 2. Change your network settings according to the following - http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2782182&postcount=1 3. Reduce your graphics settings in case you are having very low FPS or large freeze/stutters. Hopefully, the above is not the case, as it would mean we cannot really control the lag from server side.

We have some reason to believe it is relating to the moving front, the further any front moves the lag appears. We are investigating.

Round is still not over... In few last rounds reds have came back from almost definite defeat! Work together, the blue side are organized and always working together, that's why they are succeeding!

This sounds right, meaning by how the scripts work it would happen, not that it should happen :) We will have a look on how to solve this problem, thanks for letting us know about it! I agree, but Unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to omit these messages with how the events are used. This is an issue that we will raise with ED to hopefully allow events to keep running while they are marked not to be shown. In addition, I would like to make notice of an exploit we saw on the server. A player ran 2 machines while one machine had been on the GCI slot and the other was the playing machine, so in theory it would allow someone to have complete SA of what is around him. We take seriously exploiting and will not tolerate it, such actions will result in a permanent ban. Please play fair and enjoy the great challenges Blue Flag has to offer!

What you say is probably true with most competitive things in life. Even if someone from the BuddySpike team had gotten discouraged due to stuff not working, bad feedback etc... we would always had good company to ease it up. So my suggestion, take it on the good side, we are here to enjoy this great sim world ED is creating. And if something is unbearable, you can always simply search for Greg and shoot him down ;) 42nd are always welcome to join, your TS channel is still there. And you can always try going red ;)

Moving forward! Guys/Gals, we have been working in the background and not playing around. It's important to understand that this is a testing phase, we all have day jobs and are doing our best to deliver on new features and feedback. We are going to add to the currently running testing phase some big changes we have made with the lives system, server administration and overall new background architecture which will allow us to do more! Here are the additions we included: -Chat administration commands from inside DCS for BS team. We can now ban/unban/switch side/reset lives while the mission is running instead of having to wait for a restart. -Chat commands for everyone: -lives - show your current lives. -time - show time until next server restart. -New lives system - working on player UCID (changing nickname or having special characters in the name will not interfere any longer). -Allowing players who have lost all their lives to pick their coalition CA slots. -Statistics, added infrastructure for statistics. Will be included in the near future. Apart from the above additions, there were numerous bug we fixed and stability additions that we include as we move forward to the round 6 start. Thank you all for helping us test and giving us this priceless feedback!

Mig21 countermeasures will checked. Lives system will be fixed by round start.

Thanks for the clarification, will this be added at any point? I know it was requested by SPEED since 2011. Also, Ciribob is not included in the thread I linked to, maybe you mixed it with another link.

We will definitely include the Gazzle once it's released to stable version.
