  1. Question about the routes - Is ground masking/Line Of Sight being calculated into the path? This will allow the ATO to create low altitude penetration routes which will add another dimension to the realism.
  2. MBOT, as always, your work is ground breaking! I'm really glad to see you are working on a campaign framework in the same style Guardians is done, this is what I asked if you had ready a while back and you took it a few steps forward. I will write to you in PM about this awesome project, thanks! BTW - The Blue Flag campaign BuddySpike team has created, is working on the concept you did in Guardians campaign where an external file is saved for the progress. So thank you again for your awesome contribution to DCS community!

  5. Real nice article, looks like he spent a lot of time setting those hold triggers until the B52 destroys the sam site. Now if there was only an Online PVP Red Flag for DCS 2.0, oh wait... maybe the guys from BuddySpike will do something like that? Blue Flag on Nevada simulating the real Red Flag anyone?

  8. Unfortunately, the memory leak is still there and the script fixes are still not in. We are running a version of Blue Flag on DCS 1.5, you guys are welcome to join there and experience Blue Flag in 1.5.

  10. This is planned with 1.5 and CTLD. You'll be able to "build" defense after picking up from logistics area (probably be the cities). I'm not sure if we will use actual sling loading or simulated sling loading, it all depends on how DCS handles it.
  11. Guys, what I can say about cheats is this, if anyone is caught cheating on our server, be sure he will be banned using all the means possible from all our events. Same goes for people who intentionally try to ruin or sabotage any on going events. So think good before cheating, you might miss excellent future events such as Blue Flag.

  13. Well seems like destroying clients is also bugged. About isExist for units, I used it in the previous version with blue flag and it worked. I now had to change to isActive in order to fix the issue.
  14. How about clients? Edit - Also about isExist bug, is it relevant to units as well as groups?

There are still different issues that we see and things that we are testing, but we believe it is worth putting it up to get everyone in DCS 1.5 flying Blue Flag and also helping us test at the same time. I'd like to thank Ajax for his Troops transport script that we have used up until now. Because it is no longer compatible with the latest DCS 1.5, we have moved to CTLD script being developed and maintained by Ciribob, Thank you Ciribob for your support in assisting us with the implementation into Blue Flag! All are welcome to join and experience a continues war that Blue Flag offers in the new DCS 1.5, it is now up and running on 373vfs server on DCS 1.5. Cu in the skies! BuddySpike team.

  17. 27912 - Object.destroy() not functional on world objects Is this relevant to all the objects? units/groups etc? Is there a workaround currently to destroy objects.
  18. Happens almost on every save for me, but sometimes it doesn't. OK if I find anything in the logs I'll post here. BTW, this is with our blue flag mission, it has many scripts and it also seems that some versions of that mission do not show up in the server list when it's running, I'll send it to you so you can reproduce it yourself.
  19. Not sure if this has been reported yet, but on random occasions when saving the a mission with scripts, the scripts get removed from the miz file. need to put them back in there from scratch.
  20. Hey Ajax, Apart from the dictionaries issues, there is also the client groups not working in multiplayer. I've edited part of the script, but it is still not working, I think the part - TroopDropBetabug.getGroups = function(coa,category) is the problem, any chance you got a workaround for it? Attached my changed version so far. BTW - we just found out you are the author of this script, we should now give credit :) TroopDrop_v3_4_2_Xcom_1.5.lua

  24. ROUND 4 IS OVER WTG REDS! The first 70s/80s variant of the "Blue Flag" Campaign is over. This was a very quick war, 2 days! :) Complete stats for the 4th round - http://89.163.173.82/DCS/blueflag/Pilots.php At the moment we are preparing something new for 1.5 until it is stable enough to hold "Blue Flag". Until the new project is ready, we are running resetting the 70s/80s "Blue Flag" Campaign on 1.2. Notice - Tomorrow night we are having a training session in 1.5 for F-15C/Su-27/MiG-29S combat.
