Can we have cold war infantry and units that fit 1960s 70s and 80s for both warsaw and western packs as to be more realistic when say fighting a battle the 70s and 80s etc?

Hi since we are playing in the cold war on many aircraft, it would be great if you could add cold war era infantry and units with different skins?

Hi I tried to run the update for DCS and gave me a error, something to do with A-10A. I attached a screen, I tried running the update again, same error.

Ok so I seemed to fix the issue at least for me, set the head shake option high on the slider then ok, then go back in and set the option back to 0 on the slider, I also turned off G effects head, and so far the screen doesn't shack anymore.

Hey all, so I have tried Rctrl+enter and even remapping the key, but I can't seem to remove the axis position box of the joystick that appears at the bottom left, its a big green box with a cross. It doesn't appear on any other aircraft but the mig 21bis, on navada map, does anyone know how to turn it off or the key?

I installed VM Virtual box with network support from Oracle so I could run a older version of windows, and noticed that the MIG 21 package asked and used up a Activation after I installed Oracle VM Box, yet no other package asked for Activation, I presume because it added virtual network interface to devices, which is kinda lame

I don't know if this is a glitch or not I was shooting up a awacs with my Mig 15 and noticed that it turns on its lights after it takes damage, has anyone noticed that?

if a prop has seized up and is unable to feather into the wind then it creates vibration in the airplane, but would like to see a engine doing a dead spin or have a engine out show up when shooting a prop plane of any kid mainly the transports and awac.... I'm sure someone would love to see a bear bomber with engines out.

Hi all can you update none flyable fixed planes to include the ability for the engines to seize up, it's something I seen as far back as IL-2 sim. I was shooting a spy plane with the Mig 15 and noticed although the engine displays black smoke and fire and acts as if it was disabled, the engine prop still spins as normal, would love to see a engine look and act as if it had seized and be dead on the engine wing. ya I got a notice also, traced the IP, comes from southern area of china, its seems like a dictionary attack, the forum locks them out after 5 tries, as long as your not dumb and don't use basic passwords you should be fine, always use upper lower and numbers, its not fool proof but Dictory attacks don't work with DCS so you should be safe, plus they forum accounts are not the same as license accounts so even if they got it your account info is isolated.

Hello all Is is possible for DCS to work on some ground targets for the older plane modules in DCS, the older migs didn't face abrams until the 80s so I wouldn't mind some Paton tanks to shoot at or ww2 jeeps etc, a few older plane to go with it, just so it creates a balanced map. I know it has M113s but a little 50s era building and ground types would be cool to face against :) thanks guys

When creating a mission and setting a neutral airport to red side, I notice even if you set availability for Russian weapons and fuel resupply, the ground crew option is grayed out, yet if i select equip night vision instruction or rearm to ground crew while it's grayed out it still supplies me with the item in question even though the white radio command is not available. I set up a night mission and set Batumi to be red, i set up equip for re supply to be available, I set a night op at 11pm, yet i couldn't select ground crew so i could ask for NVGs, it was blacked out, yet if i went ahead and selected the blacked out command and asked for them, it copied and gave me that NVGS. is this a error?

mission 1 can be frustrating when not using passive sensors to launch at the Su-25s, considering the low detection kit it has, those things seem to kill you easy..lol I was so close to beating the mission when my wingman splashed a su 25 right behind me killing me also lol, that being said I enjoy the dlc. I think what people got to get used to is setting radar to HI mode Rshift and using passive heat when you get close, but all in all the grad show was fun to watch :D
