Too bad. I prefered the hangar, there was more of an atmosphere in there. Cold but very enjoyable. But the hall was cold too, at least first time around when there were no doors yet. Sorry to see that the number of participants has seen better days. But that won't stop you guys from having a good time.

Hi, the tanker regurarly surprises me when he starts an unannounced turn while I'm hooked up to him. Shouldn't he send out a warning like "Heads up, tanker is entering turn" (from what sim does this line come from ;-) ) before he turns ? B

Good find ! About the tanker: pure luck I guess. He must have turned and flown in my direction.

Mmm, this is what I think I saw on VA tonight : I took off and went to the tanker at 151MHz and 02x. I contacted him and tried to catch up but he accelerated away from me after a while. So I decided to head for the other tanker, 150 and 01X. Well, when I tuned the radio for 150 I got a continuous tone. I was able to change the freq thru the radio-menu. As soon as I selected the tanker there the radio switched to 150 by itself. At least that's what I think I saw. Don't know if that i normal behaviour.

If you guys have got a minute to spare, please try to fly the "Shooting gallery"-mission that comes with the install ? I can't raise the tanker-crew on the radio and the dme on tacan isn't working. I do hear the the morse-code from the tacan and the needle points towards the tanker. It does this even after I've opened and resaved the mission. Please test it to see if it is me or if there's a "new feature" in 1.2.7 ?

TARS doesn't work well with the latest Teamspeak. Last thing I heard about it was that Headspace was looking into it.

Thanks Nealius, but I already had selected A/A T/R-mode selected. I did manage some progress : I went into the "advanced waypoints" of the tanker in the ME and fiddled with the radio frequency and now it seems to work. Has TACAN anything to do with the radiofreqiency (150 AM or FM ) ? I also saw that in the vriefinf it says 150FM, while in the ME it says AM and in the advanced waypoint settings" it was FM (or AM can't remember). Might have something to do with the 150MHz-radio-threat someone else just started. Anyway, TACAN worked this time, but I couldn't talk to the tanker.

Yes. I did mention that I do receive the morse-code tone and the needle is pointing toward the tanker, so I must be on the right TACAN channel.

Hi, it's probably a pebcak-errorbut I can't get TACAN to display distance in the singleplayer "Shooting gallery mission", even after re-saving it in 1.2.7. I can hear the tone just fine and the needle points towardthe tanker, but the distance-window is blocked. Tried it in multiplayer and it worked fine. Does anyone know how to fix it, because I want to use that mission to practice refueling. Thanks

I almost never use search, so it would be okay to shut those resource-hoggers down, right ? Which services exactly are we talking about here ? I know about "Windows Search". Which would be the other one(s) ?

Somehow something (I suspect Windows Indexing combined with AVG antivirus) floods the HDD since I sometimes see waiting queue lenght peeking (sorry, translated from dutch) at 1 second in resource monitor. That is not possible since my OS is on there and DCS needs it to write the trackfile to it. And are you having problems with that system running DCS ?

Before the upgrade is was struggling around 30fps. Now I easily get between 70 and 90 fps, not having changed anything n Nvidia settings yet, and with everything on high in dcs except water on medium. Sure makes a difference.
