  1. This stick doesn't move - you only use the hatswitches :)
  2. We're not. :) Even if we were, that's no excuse when you guys are paying for the product! Thank you!
  3. One of the things we're most excited about is our very simulation of the LANTIRN TGP which will be available on release! We'll go into much more depth in a video we're currently working on, and in particular how we've recreated the LANTIRN's optical sensor and the follow on effects. For now, here's a look at the accompanying panel & stick that appears if you mount the LANTIRN pod!
  4. We made a decision pretty early on to not put any -A liveries on the -B, since we don't expect the -A to take us that long to get to. (Something we'll detail in our EA release roadmap)
  5. Thanks for the feedback! I had hoped to be very careful with giving errant signals, and the "target of December, guarantee by Winter" was intended to be very unambiguous. It's hard to predict how thousands of others will interpret the solidity of one's statement, however. Anyway- we're a merge weeks away at this point. Exciting and scary at the same time. I suggest we steer this thread in that direction from now on :)
  6. I guess we're seeing things vastly differently.
  7. There was no estimate given. There was a range given. The range has been, since day 1 of pre-orders, been this winter. That encompasses the range of December 21st - March 20th, 2019. Until it's March 21st and there's no F-14, we've not reneged on this guarantee. You've also fundamentally misunderstood my post as a cry for some sort of sympathy, but that's besides the point. The hope of a date range was to give ourselves leeway to put quality ahead of fixed dates, but it's becoming increasingly obvious that a date at the tail end of a range is not considered appropriate by the community. (Much to my surprise). Lessons learned, I guess.
  8. There's literally a thread a few steps below this one with streamed (uncurated) footage of the RIO cockpit.. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=233087
  9. Should be both.
  10. I'm fairly sure we lock the rear seat if the RIO dies.
  11. As mentioned on page 2, it was a bug :)
  12. Is this conversation constructive? If anyone should be upset at spending another year of developer salaries to fill out the product during the course of 2018 - it should be me and my wallet. Until money has exchanged hands and you've become customers, dates remain as estimates, not guarantees. If you're going to dredge up every mistake made across 5 years of complex software development, we're going to be here for a while. I've tried to succinctly summarize that transparency leads to inaccuracy many times. In a complex product with many new elements, this will ring true every time. The higher your complexity, the worse off you can be.
  13. Our target is prior to the 21st. Yes, NLT date is immutable.
  14. Meteor doesn't tour. And Jorge released a great album in the meantime - called White Crows! Check it out: https://meteormusic.bandcamp.com/album/white-crows
  15. We communicate in both. We use hoggit because it's the biggest DCS community. And it's fun.
  16. Thread nuke! :)
  17. The stream had a bug on display, which is worth mentioning. (Jester being stuck in a "little left" loop)
  18. DLC makes the spoilers pop up which reduces lift. This is so that you don't have to use the throttles on approach to the boat.
  19. You will be able to, but not on EA
  20. Sorry for not jumping on this sooner- I was catching some z's; The steam date change is not from us. Not sure why it has changed. Sorry guys!
  21. Not sure why the Steam date has changed. This does not come from us. Sorry guys!
  22. Any mission :)
  23. Yes. The RIO can die. It disables RIO functionality as expected :)
