is there any vr performance mod for f-4 and mirage f1, reduced textures both external model and cockpit? I found mods for f-14, f-16 and f-18 and I have smooth performance but it has been a while I am not able to fly f-4 and f-1 because of performance issues . Any help would be great!

I checked the 3 performance setting at the bottom from day 1 but it didnt help:(

As a low end computer owner, I am looking for vr cockpit performance mod for f-4 as Mike "Waze" Wazowsky did vr Ultimate Xperience for f-14 before, I search all forum but couldnt find any. f-4 has the worst performance then the others, at least f-14 has smooth frames with mike's mod. reduced texture quality is my key for vr performance , any suggestions?

Look above, l have already posted. With or without cws, syria is the only map which causes this issue. The rest is ok.

Thank you for the new year update guys, this is long waited update since 73b but honestly I am not able to have fun and discover the new fm model because of the low framerates. 73b was smooth but this one have big framerate issue which is noticable from both cockpit and external wiev. edit: The issue is only happening for syria, the other maps like iraq and caucaus are very smooth, no frame issue.

Just purchased and installed the map and I did a quick performance test while surfing over the mountains. What I was afraid of happened to me, dense tree areas lowered my framerates. down from 70 to 50fps Yes, this is first release and I am keeping hopes for future updates.

I haven't puschased the Iraq map yet, just watching some review videos, I wonder how is the performance over heavly populated tree and building areas? Fps is getting lower after 2:20 on this video, I also noticed the same issue on other review videos. Should I wait for the future updates for performance fixes or buy it now?

I just had the opportunity to try the new update. An incredibly smooth gaming performance. Thanks for this. Flights over crowded cities on the Syria map are now smooth for me. Additionally, buildings and city no longer reduce FPS in the Marianas map. The only problem is the trees. Flying low in forest lands is quite troublesome and there are serious fps drops over forests. I hope you fix this in the future, otherwise we need someone to make a performance tree mod. Overall Thanks for this fps saver update!

Another great update. Thank you very much for this! I tried some maneuvers and since the rudder is still not connected to the control stick, a lot of foot correction is required. For example, I cannot do a loaded roll as I can on other FBW aircraft, including the Sukhoi family. Can you implement this in the future?

the problem still exists with 2.2 version, numbers are not low as shown on screenshot above but i see 40-45 fps when i move joystick which is enough to notice. i dont know what happened but the previous 2.1.1 patch broke the fix.:mad:

Absolutely :thumbup: controllable pitch movement:) correction: tested again with some speeds and noticed that this is not like safe cobra because the pitch angle is limited when you compare with cobra manoeuvre angle.

i have noticed a new magical button which only closes the pitch limiter of aircraft. it is not like asc switch, asc closes all flight control limiters and trim systems but that button does not effect on any other system. You need to keep push the "Y" button while maneuvering and you'll notice the increase of pitch rate. i also saw this new "Y" button on su-27 flight system setting page but not applicable for now. Wip i guess:) Thank you ED!

Aircraft performs just like shown on the real video. in the screenshot, my position is little higher but on my other attempts, i noticed that the pfm(wip) allows to perform it lower as shown on the real video. Thank you Ebabil!

Thank you for the sneak peak, it flies and feels much better than old sfm model. carrier landings are challenging now. for a sneak peak it is satisfying.:thumbup:
