Folgendes Problem. Die Buttons an meinem TM Warthog für Boat vorne / hinten sind in der entsprechenden Config belegt und haben bisher immer funktioniert. Nun gibt es aber keine Animation und keine Funktion mehr, wenn ich die Buttons betätige. Beim Blick in die Config habe ich folgendes Bild. Boat Switch Aft und Forward sind mit den Buttons belegt. Ich habe diese gelöscht und auch neu gesetzt - keine Veränderung. Das Mapping sehe ich komischerweise auch nicht in der config/input/a-10c/joystic... Datei. Komischerweise gibt es die Felder nun auch mit deutscher Bezeichnungen. Diese Felder sind aber ausgegraut, hier kann ich kein Joystick-Mapping durchführen (warum das???). Wenn ich die Tastatur-Befehle für die deutschen Bezeichnungen drücke, funktioniert das. Wie kann ich die Boat-Switch Funktionen auf mein TM Warthog mappen / wiederherstellen? Hi, wie es aussieht funktionieren einige meiner Tasten am TM Warthog nicht mehr. :(:(:( Ich hatte bisher eigene Zuweisungen für FM, AM und UHF Funk. Diese funktionieren aber nicht mehr. Gibt es die Auswahlmöglichkeit nicht mehr? Kann ich nur noch das "allgemeine" Kommunikationsmenü mit # aufrufen? Außerdem funktionieren meine Flaps-Tasten nicht mehr - technisch schon nur in der A10C funktionieren sie nicht mehr. Wie kann ich die zurücksetzen oder neu mappen?

When you fly a plane, fast and high, the ground texture is ok. But when you fly the huey at low altitude, the ground texture (e.g. grass) is so rough and the trees are close and sharp, you are confused if something isn't in the right scale. I already use the highest graphic and distance / view settings.

Problem found. Buttons we're double assigned by "Throttle HOTAS" and "Thrustmaster combined". I guess one activated the radio menu and the other immediately deactivated the menu.

I am using the TM Warthog. I didn't fly the A10C for a while but I now recognized that the HOTAS Mic-switches forward, aft and down are animated in the cockpit hotas, but there is no function anymore. In the past, these switches opened the radio menu for UHF, VHF AM/FM and now they are useless. Was there a change in one of these patches or is it a bug? I am now using the communication menu (#) - but this doesn't feel 'real'.

Mouse problems with latest patch 2.5.3.21444 There was mentioned a fix for the mouse but I have more problems now. I am using UI Scale and the point of click is not where the mouse appears. I am also using multiple screens (2) but not for the game - it runs on the main screen. It is necessary for HDMI sound... and everything worked fine. It looks like the point of click is somehwere on the right side. I can see it in the main menu, when a menu option is highlighted. But in the settings page I am lost and the only thing that helps is killing the dcs task. Please fix (again) :( btw. would be great if 4k resolutions are better supported than just an ui scale. The text appears very fuzzy in the game and not sharp, as it should be in 4k.

I know, this bug is already on the bug list. Would be great, if this bug could be fixed soon. This is very annoying while flying. Maybe it is not so diffcult to find and fix it... ;) thx in advance I am happy if you could at more features and details (startup proc, etc.), because the plane is fun to fly :thumbup:

How can I turn off the landing light? I recently played a night map and I can move the landing light up and down, but I didn't find a key to turn it on / off. Everything is fine with search light, but the landing light shines all the time.

Das sehe ich nicht so. Die Leute zahlen doch heute bereits den Vollpreis für Early-Access Produkte oder Betas. Selbstverständlich kann man dann erwarten, dass das Produkt weiter verbessert wird, bis die Releaseversion erreicht ist. Bei den heute fehlenden Aussagen zu den Betas, den aktuellen und geplanten Featureumfang und dem Zeitfenster, wann das finale Produkt erscheint, ist es eher ein entgegenkommen der Käufer, sich auf ein Early-Access Produkt zum Vollpreis einzulassen. Das sind jetzt nicht wirklich die Features, die den Preis rechtfertigen sollen, oder? Wirklich? Ich habe die A10C vor 7 Jahren für 37 Euro gekauft. Verbessert hat sich aber vor allem DCS World (Schatten, Effekte, etc.) - an der A10 selbst finde ich keine großen Veränderungen. Vielleicht hätte man das neue DCS World, was übrigens wieder als Beta existiert, auch separat verkaufen können. Ob sich dann aber noch genügend Spieler auf den MP-Servern gefunden hätten, wäre eine andere Frage... Nicht das die Antwort in den falschen Hals gerät - ich mag ED, ich mag die Produkte. ED soll noch viel verkaufen und möglichst lange existieren. Aber, ich würde mir mehr Transparenz bei den Earyl-Access und Betas wünschen. Was ist vorhanden, was kommt noch und wann. Dann sollte ein Early-Access Produkt auch weniger kosten, als die finale Version. Auch wenn DCS ein Nischenprodukt ist und nicht auf dem Massenmarkt zuhause ist.

I watched some youtube videos and the F/A 18 planes have a digital mfd on the upper middle. In the dcs model it looks like there are some manual knobs. Also the lower left engine screen looks different than in real planes. Is the dcs model an older one or is it just work which has to be done because of the beta?

Hi, I have to restore an older windows 10 image without DCS Installation. Do I have to uninstall my dcs modules first, because of the limitation in using the keys? I've heared that 2.5 changed something with the installation and keys.

1. When I turn on night googles on KA-50, everything inside the cockpit is blurred, even with turned off cockpit lights or if I change brightness of the night googles 2. The radio menu is not visible with turned on night googles 3. Even the game menue (pressing esc) is not visible with night googles please fix

Found the problem. I had several folders with old alpha, beta, directory links to the ssd folder... So I cleaned the mess and keept only one folder. Update is now running again with the latest version and hopefully everything will be fine...

Hm, strange. The updater tells me that 2.5.0.14304.321 is installed and game is up to date. But in the main menu, the version number right below is 2.5.0.13818 Is this correct or should the main menu display the same version number and if so, how can I update the game if the updater says not necessary?

I guess I have the latest 2.5 version - I am on the update channel. Just played dcs after a few weeks, but I see only one server for multiplayer. Is there a new beta beta version out or all the servers are closed?

When I am landing on grassland, the dust sprites are painted thru my cockpit. Dust should be visible outside only. Btw: Would be great if branches of trees would shake while flying close above it...

Well, it is better than before - seeing sharp edges and polygons, but the high mountains are very very smooth now - looks like big hills. Mountains could have more sharp edges - in my opinion.

When I press the heading hold autopilot button, the marker on the hud for the current direction doesn't become fixed for that direction. update: it works, no bug.

There's no animation of waves if you look outside the KA-50 Cockpit. But when I switch to an external view, I can see the waves moving. Looks like a bug. Just experienced while playing an online mission on Kaukasus (with vr)

Spiele bei denen es schnell gehen muss verschiebe ich auch auf die SSD. Aus dem alten Installationsverzeichnis erzeuge ich dann aber einen mklink auf das SSD-Verzeichnis. Damit bleibt das Spiel noch über die "original" Verzeichnisstruktur erreichbar und es gibt keine Probleme bei Updates, etc.

I assume 2.5 open beta just started (01/30/2018 ), so I was wondering about the many entries in the bug forum. But the most threads are older / from the last year. That can not be related to 2.5 right? Would be great if someone could clean the old / wrong entries.

when I play in VR (current alpha and beta version) I have an annoying grid around my mouse. It is definitely only in VR mode. Any idea how to avoid / fix it?
