Hmmm. So when 2.5 was coming out, I chose the upgrade path - ie upgrade 1.5 to 2.5 (ED was saying it will save on a large download). After that, at some point (and I do not remember now why), I've 'upgraded' to open beta using DCS installer... I wonder if this mix up of folders will be causing a problem for me down the road. How does kneeboard looks like on pilot body for you? Here is mine showing missing textures.

Just to add to my post above. I've added 'Kneeboard\FA-18C_hornet' folders to my old DCS folder and now kneeboard shows custom images. Go figure... Still missing any kind of kneeboard images on pilot's body.

So I'm scratching my head... I've created the following folder: C:\Users\USER_NAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\FA-18C_hornet But still do not see custom kneeboard pages with Shift+k; only default maps. It also looks like pilot body kneeboard is not working at all. Any ideas? P.S. Also, not sure if it's normal, but I had to create DCS.openbeta folder as I did not have it (I did have folders for the old 1.5 DCS and 2.0 Alpha however). Is that normal?

Видео 2, управлением закрылками с Warthog РУД - у меня в меню (английская версия, так что не знаю как это будет в русской) есть специальные опции с помощью которых можно использовать Warthog FLAPS тумблер для всех трех позиций: FLAP Switch - AUTO/HALF FLAP Switch - FULL/HALF При нажатых кнопках 22/23, закрылки устанавливаются в выбранное (AUTO/FULL) положение. Если перевести тумблер в среднее положение, то закрылки уходят в HALF.

С землей все работает. Тумблер радио надо поставить в М, после чего ввести частоту - как и на TACAN, сначала нажимаем CLR что бы удалить частоту которая уже была введена, потом вводим новую и нажимаем ENT.

Ask TM for the throttle calibration tool (software) - when my ministick stopped working TM gave me a download link and it fixed my problem.

The more interesting question is that initial release will come with hats only, but will be followed 'shortly' (whatever iteration of this word means in this particular case) by a version that has a micro stick. Now I keep thinking if its even worth buying original release one.

Yea, I'm not implying they will release it in March - just hoping they will have an update with a solid release date. T-50 (grip and base) both went through delays, it seems inevitable with small manufacturers...

It is still up on their site with listed availability in March 2018.

Don't be so sure about pedals being inferior - after all Baur is part of the team and IMO, the most rational thing for them to do would be to take his existing pedal design and mass produce it. At the very least, they will at least ask for his input on pedals even if it's a completely new design... P.S. Virpil never confirmed their pedals won't have toe brakes, which to me means design has not been finalized to that extend at the time they posted the blacked out profile image.

Why such a hurry on pedals? I see you already have Saitek pedals... VirPil is promising pedals soon; given their partnership with Baur and quality of T-50, there is enough reason to hold off until they at least unveil them...

Справа от КПП есть кнопка КСИ, но это не то... Если есть карта Невады то можно легко проверить. Быстрая миссия взлёт на Миг-21, начинаем со взлётной полосы Грум Лэйк. РСБН канал 8 - после ввода, НПП показывает курс 336 (можно нажать КСИ, но направление останется прежним). Карта в планшете однако показывает полосу для Грум Лэйк как 323, т.е. 13 градусов разница. Сейчас пока возился, заметил что у Миг-21 в планшете есть вкладка с РСБН каналами всей Невады и там указываются взлётные полосы. Грум Лэйк показан как 336 вместо 323, Неллис - 220 вместо 209. Похоже что 21ый указывает на истинный север. На карте Кавказа то как, там же тоже вроде как должно быть +5? Интересно это не доработка Миг-21 в DCS или на самом деле в самолёте так было (что-то уж очень это фантастично выглядит).

Немного не понимаю как пользоваться НПП заданым курсом в Неваде. Посадочная полоса на Неллис 109 градусов, а на Миг21 она получается что-то около 119. Я так понимаю/догадываюсь что это магнитная девиация - но вот как её убрать на 21ом?

I'm a relative novice in Mig-21 so perhaps I'm missing a step or doing something wrong here. Quick Mission Free Flight, attempting to do a box landing in Nellis AFB. When I set NPP course to 209 (which is the runway landing course), it's actually misaligned by around 10 degrees and I need to set it to 219 degrees to align with the runway. It is almost as if NPP needs to be set for proper magnetic declamation for Nevada. Can someone shed a light on what I'm missing/not doing or is it a bug? Thanks!

Как я понмаю учебные миссии потому и не работают что с момента как их сделали, в самолёте много поменяли/доделали. Кстати на Мираж уже делают новые тренировочные миссии и мануал - на английском форум об этом сообщалось.

Вас послушать так и вообще покупать ничего не стоит - сколько сейчас по настоящему полноценных модулей в DCS? Даже тот же самый А-10С вроде как не полностью реализован.
