I am having crashes also, although I can run missions/mulitplayer it will crash at ~15 minute mark, around the time it takes for me to set up, start up, re-arm/fuel and takeoff :mad:

For Flaming Cliffs, you need LOMAC (Lock On: Modern Air Combat), there is no download for it you will need to order it, secondly, mid-fidelity is pretty much no 'clickable' cockpits, its all buttons and keys but the major systems are mostly modeled like Radar e.t.c (some even have AFM or advanced flight model, compared to SFM or standard flight model, the AFM aircraft feel much more realistic when flying, weight, drag and lift all feel far more real compared to SFM, hope this helps :smartass:

For me, aircraft wise would be: MH/SH60R/S MH-53K Ka-27 Mi-14 Wildcat Along with torpedoes, sonobuoys, VERTREP, Helicopter cruisers (e.g Wasp Class USN), also functional CSAR where if a pilot is downed over water you can winch them up or use the swimmers e.t.c

It is possible, just very difficult, you need to decelerate from altitude in a shallow descent, judge how high you want to arrive at 0kts, then you should be in an out of ground effect hover. After that you should simply reduce power until you hit the ground effect, reduce power even more and you should be on the ground, sounds simple, is very very hard to remain in a stable hover without going into VRS :mad:

Are SDBs and glide bombs going to be integrated into DCS World?
