  1. Is there a possibility to change OSB buttons functions by editing .lua files? I know that i can change labels but now i got a label and i want to assign it option to open MA page. I also want a option to open TDL page. Can anyone who is dev anserw? MA page and TDL page are actually in game files. I only want to recall them so to make them showing on MFD. EDIT: Is there any way to get SADL power output button working and a GND GAT AIR button working? There is already a code that is responsible for this thing but i'm not even sure that this code is working.
  2. IRL special bunker buster bomb may be used if there is such need. Its all depended by construction of the bunker. Germans during WW2 build a bunker that could survive direct hit from the tallboy or maybe a grand slam (i don't remember whitch one was used against this bunker) bunker was damaged but things that was inside was not,
  3. 1) Its sometimes happens that if you switch fuel override from override to normal engine is dying. I has a following situation: i was hit and i needed more thrust so i used fuel flow override to exceed a EGT limits to get more thrust from damaged engine, then i decided to set it back to normal and engine completly lost a power. 2) Try loading your stores from data transfer unit on MFCD LOAD page (use load DSMS option). 3) You have a VSI (vertical speed indicator) this gauge shows you how fast u climb or descend. It has a white CLIMB caption. And you do not have a gauge in A-10 that shows if you are slowing down or speeding up. The number below barometric altitude is a flight patch angle its not the same as AOA. 4) I never experienced such problems, do you installed any mods?
  4. It is legal because i do not distributing it and i am not American. American law is only inside USA while i never been in USA and i don't want to go there so don't worry about me. EW is one of most classyfied things and there are some interestning informations about EA-6B jammers. But i found that about 95% or even more informations are (U). And those that are (S) are mostly about use of this weapon on battlefield reather than technical informations and of course about deconflictation with ECM. So looks like that JDAM itself is not classyfied so much and most interestning and most valuable informations are unclassyfied including all F/A-18 MFD pages for JDAM. Some of them are reather well known as information about use in BDA and lack of capability to engage moving targets. But this thread is not about law, anyway even ED is scared by law so we should not talk about law here. I saw too much panic is some threads so its better for all to do not start a panic again. This thread is about real JDAM vs DCS JDAM. So another question: What is minimum altitude of JDAM? And is the INS only phase of flight modelled in game? If you think that i lie please learn how to use google ;-) Quote below is UNCLASSYFIED: I am not good in english but for me it looks like that you must maneuver the aircraft to let the JDAM align its INS.
  5. In classyfied (secret) manual for F/A-18 this MFD screen is unclassyfied HAHA Im not sure how about A-10. Looks like all MFD screens are (U) so unclassyfied i hope its same for A-10C. There are also some classyfied info about loft delivery at page 4-9 chapter 4 so thats why i asking for loft delivery. I cannot post the quote from this (S) because wags will ban me but u can find this secret manual without problems :-) Its strange that some commonly know things are still (S). Look at Page 4-11 4.4.2.2 Battle Area Interdiction. Those informations are (S) but commonly known its strange. And there are also some interestning (S) things about GPS denied drop with INS only guidance. Especially while GPS is jammed. Fun (S) fact is that EA-6B can carry JDAM and you must mind it while using GPS jamming.
  6. IIRC the DC fuel pump is supplying both the left engine and APU with fuel. So to start engine using left AC fuel pumps is not required because there is a DC one, but there is no right DC pump so using the fuel pump switch is required to start right engine. IIRC the A-10C has also engine driven fuel pumps so running the engines without fuel pumps should be possible but its not recomended anyway, i'm not even sure that engine will not shut down if you open full throotle.
  7. How exactly transfer alignament looks like in real A-10C? Is there anybody who follow this procedure even when its not modelled? (INS precission is not even modelled in DCS, INS in game is perfectly precise). Is it possible to use JDAM toss bombing in game? Is there in reality any MFCD page that shows such things like JDAM BIT test resoults, some things related with encrypted GPS, JDAM's INS precission ETC? Is there in reality a thing that allows for pre planned JDAM delivery like in F-16 or F/A-18? Is airburst fuze modelled in game?
  8. Maybe there is a possibility to fix it by editing some lua files, but i am not sure about it. But it will possibly be problem in MP (integrity check).
  9. But there are no working switches on a stick. Maybe there are a switches in a front dashboard but without switches on a stick those switches on dashboard are useless... Smoke would be nice, but they will not implement it for one reason. The reason is to do not allow me to replace smoke pods with a rockets and have some fun ;-) Anyway i like the new TF-51D, its fun to fly on aerobatics servers.

  11. I have problem with TF. Looks like exterior lights are not working at all. Landing lights, position lights and this color recognition lights, all are not working for me. Do you have this problem too? Interior lights are working propertly and i have electric power, i reseted circuit breakers and still not working...
  12. ATGM reload times are way too short. BMP-1 can reload AT-3 malyutka ATGM in about 10 secounds. 10 secounds??!! Its totally unrealistic. Its even faster than main gun autoloader in old tanks!!! I think that ATGM reloading times should be about 30-45 secounds.
  13. Yes, how to downgrade A-10C module to 1.2.3 with other modules 1.2.6?
  14. But gun pod by Beczl was only 3d model (without correct gun physics). For all those who wanted to test those gun pods, but do not have Mi-8 and have Ka-50: Grenade launcher ones are almost useless, they require to approach very close to target and they are extremely inaccurate. Does anyone want S-5 50mm rockets in Mi-8? I think i can make it. Aswell as other rocket pods like S-13, S-25. I expecting some problems with S-24 because there are actually 2 versions of them in DCS.
  15. And i have a idea, i will change the active radar missiles symbol from M to R. This will make visible difference between active radar guided ones and other ones. It will be easier to determinate whitch type of missile is coming at me.
