  2. Would be nice. Wipers is Ka-50 will become usefull. Also rain effect on Shkval would be nice to make Shkval wiper usefull.
  3. I think that ECM in real life do not jamming own radar. Also ECM do not disabling wingmans radar. ECM can only make that ur wingman will have problems with determinating range to your aircraft. ECM do not preventing anyone to "lock on" you in azimuth and elevation. It only causing that radar cannot determinate range or speed of jamming aircraft till it is burn trought range. Burn trought range is determinated by power of jammer and power of radar. Also frequency can be important. If enemy is burning trought your jammer it can determinate range and speed of your aircraft and do not have any problems with engaging you. Using jammer when enemy is burning trought jammer is pointless. You are wrong. In reality radars can determinate bearing of jamming aircraft even without burning trought. Enemy (both planes and more advanced SAMs with active or semi active radar guidance) can even launch missile that homing on your jammer.   5. Yeah bro, it can even bring LMAV back to life :thumbup: I recommend you all to make copies, you may avoid some bugs this way. And look for those helos, they are levitating after i hit them. I don't know its new or old bug, i just saw it after updates. There is a cobra that cannot show as thumbinail (i don't know why). http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/197/screen130520202012.jpg/ There is a blackhawk that was twitching a little bit but was not falling down, rotor was also not rotating same thing happened to cobra (not rotating rotors) but cobra was not twitching. There is also (old i think) problem with helicopters on frigates that just ghosting trought frigate and falling into water after hit, i don't even getting information on upper part of screen that those helicopters was killed. Looks like that in updates ED fixing few little problems and making even more new much bigger problems. So updates making everything worse, and i don't talking only about LMAV ;)
  6. Sling load will be possible in next patches? Sounds interestning. Will be sling load working for Huey only or for Kamov aswell. I think that real Kamov have sling hook too (Kamov in DCS have sling load switch and a button in cockpit). I really need sling load on Ka-50, it will be fun thing.
  7. Nice idea with flechette rockets. DCS will become as brutal as FPS games ;) And i think that there should be more infantry types with different weapons. Especially: -Guided anti-tank man portable missiles like Metis or Javelin to make infantry a bigger threat to tanks and vehicles. At this moment killing infantry from air is pointless because ground forces can easily kill them and they do not need support. Giving infantry those launchers will make anti infantry CAS missions usefull. -Snipers with sniper rifle. -Officers or other high value targets armed with pistols. Also "minefield bombs" like gator, KMGU with PFM-1 AP mines and FASCAM arty would be nice. Somebody needed a Durindal bombs to disable runways but i think that drooping mines on runway would be much more funny.
  8. Try pressing LALT+F1, it switches on and off only hud and MFD/display wiev for Warthog and Kamov, i think it should work with frog aswell.
  9. Maybe ship radars have metric wavelenght radars and missiles sensors are not able to see those radars because of too small seeker head? Long range target acquisition/searching or early warning radars sometimes are unable to being shoot by ARM missiles in reality because of wavelenght.
  10. Its very common issue. Often happens to me with Kh-58 aswell as Kh-25MPU. There are so many posts about this issue on this forum.
  11. They auto destruct even when target have radar turned on all the time. Looks like they auto destuct randomly.
  12. Yes, it prevents from firing missiles by accidental pressing of fire button. Other missiles have delayed fire too. Its not needed if you firing vikhrs. Laser will automatically turn on after vikhr launch. Only missiles like Kh-25ML or KH-29L require to manually turn on laser before launch.
  13. I think that killed soldiers generating too much smoke while they start to burn after being hit (in this case by S-13 rockets). They smoking just like oversized cigarette ;) Its quite unrealistic and... ...And it is not fun because its killing my graphic card.
  14. Yes, you right. I had same problem in version 1.2.4. Even restarting all helo systems don't helping.
  15. Today i wasted 4 missiles this way 2 Kh-25ML and 2 Kh-58. Another 2 Kh-25ML missiles launched about 10 secounds after those ones whitch exploded in air worked almost propertly (they missed target by few meters) but they don't exploded after launch like before. Unaccuracy happens mostly while shooting at long or mid range sams. As i saied before problem happens quite often and from quite long time (before many updates) so its not new problem.
  16. It started to happen after 1.2.4.XXXXX update. I don't remember exacly update number but it was not lastest one. If i set heat blur off heat bur randomly turns off and on (sometimes its visible, sometimes not).
  17. Why missiles like Kh-58 or Kh-25MPU often self explosing about 2 secounds after launch? They are not being shoot down by sam because they explosing almost instantly after launch. Also those missiles have very weak accuracy. They often hitting ground few 8-15 meters away from target even when target have radar turned on all the time.

Maybe a nuke, just for fun ;) And now seriously and even more funny: -Laser guided artillery munition (Krasnopol for russian SPHs and Copperhead for american SPHs). -Krasnopol is compatibile with russian laser designators like those used in Ka-50 or Su-25T -Copperhead is compatibile with NATO standard laser designator so A-10C, JTAC designators etc. -More types of LUU flares (including IR spectrum illumination one) and 2 or 3 types of SAB-100 bombs.

And of course A-10C Suite 6 or higher declassyfied and with funny functional datalink (not simplified dataling like is now in "entertaiment version" of DCS: A-10C...   21. EULA violations? So SERVMAN violating EULA aswell, its editing .lua files too. So why there is a SERVMAN support on this forum? And here is how aproximetly MA page should like (i not made it working, its just some kind of visualisation of one of .lua files in DCS i done only to see how it looks like in DCS): Here is another vusualisation of TDL page: And i say again, those are just unacurate visualisations of subpages implemented or half-implemented in DCS. I think that TDL page not controlling EPLRS but something like link 16 or other system that using one of VHF or UHF aircraft radios to send and receive data. And i not decompiled anything, so its not reverse engineering. I just used files included in DCS World A-10C module. Those files are not protected anyway, just like all other files on computer.

  23. Ok can anyone of moderators give me a copy of files in DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\A-10C\Cockpit\Scripts\MFCD\indicator\TAD from that alpha version? I know that those features are working, but are hidden like laser maverick.
  24. I think that user @igormk was not military user. He looks like entertaiment version user aswell. And i finally know why laser maverick was hidden. Ok now i have a half-military version ;) Now i only need to restore those datalink functions and i will have full military version ;)
  25. Why they was removed? Any particular reason? There still is a file responsible for MA page: DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\A-10C\Cockpit\Scripts\MFCD\indicator\TAD\MFCD_page_TAD_MA_TABLE.lua So those features was not completly removed. And what is entertaiment version? What this mean?
