  1. It may have to do with your version of DCS World, not being the same as on the server you are trying to connect to.
  2. And how do I make sure the Sim. is using the 6620 (or equivalent graphics card) and not the APU to start?
  3. Well, I got a short and clear answer from Madcatz Euro Customer support concerning my X52 .dat profiles, the new Saitek Profile editor and Windows 7. It simply stated "Unfortunately, the latest driver and ST versions do not support the older .dat profiles. There is no converter to update the profiles."
  4. I used to have a few, but as it seems Windows7 and the latest version of Saitek SST will not take any of the old .dat files, as quoted from Madcatz (Saitek): "Unfortunately, the latest driver and ST versions do not support the older .dat profiles. There is no converter to update the profiles." I am quite lost myself, therefore. It seems, building your own new one from scratch is the most obvious solution.
  5. Thanks for the answer Panzertard, even though I seem to have ended up in the wrong forum; i am playing LOFC, but the solution to the problem may well be conflicting controls, DCS or LOFC. The calibration in Windows looks fine. I'll look into the rest. Excuse me for taking up time and wrong place...
  6. Why is that? Also; at some missions it works with restarting, at some missions it doesn't Is it a graphics card issue or what? And, as it seems, it no longer helps with a restart, the right aileron rudder is at full and it cannot be taken back! beewee
  7. Would it be silly to suggest trying the hig res cloud mod available at lockonfiles.com? It may or may not help...
  8. Apparently no need to say your'e welcome but, anyway; welcome!
  9. A long since forgotten thread I just happened to stumble into... kak=kuk=dick in swedish. I was looking for info on the S-300PS 64H6E sr, and this just happened:-). Oh, what a night...
  10. I had great fun!
  11. Interesting how it found its way into this forum. It obviously doesn't belong here but I am truly greatful for the hint. Another reason for staring at videos on the web:-)
  12. I also found my big favorite Frank Zappa on the same plate. Beatiful!
  13. Excellent! My all time idols! I have a videorecording of a documentary made by swedish television (in english), and I was hoping to share a link, but no luck. It is not there in their archives:-(. Luckily I have it as an .mpeg if need arises.
  14. Yeah, Gothenburg AND surroundings rules, (504) X-man. But I will have our commanding officer Cephus to make up the details for our squadron.
  15. (504)X-man interesting; we're almost neighbours (I live in Mцlndal). Sorry, can't get the ц to work in Mцlndal... So how about A10's, are they/we included or excluded from Red Flag #2?
  16. Will A10's be included?
  17. Being new to (also among the forum seniors) the opposition between "Falcon 4" people and "LockOn" people, is it possible to compare it with the ever ongoing "battle" between PC versus Mac? In being irresolvable, I mean? Putting in a flame wannabee here, just like in the Middle East crisis...
  18. I am online to play, to learn and to have fun. And there is always a lot to learn from more experienced pilots. With that comes the fun.
  19. It works; finally!
  20. And I want to see if my sig works! Possibly also to ask you to join 9thAF in an A10 if you want. We do need personel in th 81st Cheetahs http://www.9thairforce.com/9AF/
  21. I used to use a Logitech Wingman Extreme 3d (no force feedback) and, ergo, had to learn all the keyboard commands. Now, it is hard to move back all of those commands to the X52. It takes time and I am sure we will be friends in the future, but just not yet.
  22. That only goes to show the different aspects of targeting problems within LockOn, that has been discussed in different forums; you don't know what/who your target is...
  23. I am sure Mr Dylan would be proud of the "Dylan-prose" of that song.
  24. Being an archaeologist, I find it very amusing. And quite different from what I expect to find on a daily basis...what about the documentation of the excavations, I ask? They (the people doing the excavation) don't seem to even consider the need for thorough documentation:-)
