Thanks. Is there a way to revert back to 2.5.5 ?

Thanks I tried the Alpha and I'm still getting an abysmally low FPS just sitting on the ramp. FPS shows at 8-12 FPS. I think that's the cause of the stuttering (?), but cant figure out why all of a sudden I'm getting 10 FPS. I have a pretty powerful machine and this hasn't been an issue before. At least not this bad.

Gents ... I have a 5k+ and from what I gather in the forum, it's best to set VR Application settings as close to 2550x1440, turn SS and Vertical Sync off in DCS and pray for the best. I have done all of the above except I still have an annoying stutter. Request your words of wisdom. Using Pitool .249, 1080Ti.

I believe it was in native mode as I dont think upscaling is necessary. I have never tried the 8k+ .

Any thoughts on integrating an ambush type setup where Blue forces are unexpectedly ambushed by Aggressors to test their response ? Perhaps stage a Blue Force strike package, escorted by Fighters, enroute to a target area when they are unexpectedly bounced by Aggressors to test their response ? Just a thought. 2. Strike training / campaign using various A/G weapons / JTAC ops ? 3. Carrier based ops implementing the super carrier? Keep up the good work ! Shack

Here is what I mean ... I'm trying to rename a Keyword "HAWG" to "HOG" in the speech engine. When I click on Alias and I get the "HAWG1" alias, I type over it as "HOG" but that triggers different Command ( Shows ATC Hornet Ball ) see video. When adding a new command phrase in the Keyword editor, as I type the new word (i.e. "Hog" for "Hawg1"), the autotype feature pulls up new existing category and segments in existence, effectively changing the existing Category. I thought it might be a windows autocorrect issue, but as I turned if off, it's still happening.

Having a heck of a time getting my commands understood in VA. I'm sure it's something I'm doing incorrectly. For Example, I'll try and contact a JTAC, but I get no response. Other times in the VA log window, I'll get "Awaiting further input" and nothing after that. For example ...I'm using Easy Comm off and trying to contact the JTAC "Whiplash" on 250.6 on Radio 1 - FM VHF with no success. Occasionally, I did see ATC 1 tuned to WHIPLASH, but when I checked in with "Enfield 1, checking in" no response. Ideally, I would like to just speak in one sentence "Whiplash, Enfield 1 Check in" ... Am I setting up my VA incorrectly for this ? Also, I'm really interested in the VSPX feature, as I speak fast naturally ... but at this point I'm just trying to narrow down my first issue. What's the feedback on VSPX ? I've gone through the keywords and mostly with no problems. Can anyone help with that limited information? I'm trying to find my debug file ( Yes I check marked it in the UI Config page but cant find the file. Thanks ! :(

Is there a way to issue commands without hearing your own commands through the dcs interface? For example, I give a command or inquiry and only receive the response. Thanks!

How do I clear this error ?

Having seen the latest technology from the CES convention I was very impressed by the haptic glove demonstrations. In these demonstrations folks were able to feel knobs and switches and even the indentations on the rotary knobs themselves! I hope that DCS developers remain committed to providing haptic glove support for this new technology.

I currently have a Pimax 5k+ and was eager to try the 8KX in a recent Pimax meetup in Orlando. All I can say is that the 8KX was the best Vr experience to date. I’ve only had the Rift and 5k+ to compare to but was so impressed by the clarity and FOV of the 8KX that I will be ordering one. And just like a bug is drawn to the fire .....

What are some typical axis settings for the TDC slew ? Mine moves way too fast.

Although I like the channel and find Sweviver’s reviews somewhat helpful - use caution as he is now an employee of Pimax and his reviews may be slightly skewed. YMMV.

Anyone know if Pimax HMD’s are compatible with Leap Motion?

The functionality benefit of the “doodle “ is well worth it to me as I’m a VR player and would like to have VR zoom located on the stick. With a modifier, I believe I can also use the same doodle for antenna elevation - To me, this is worth the buy. :thumbup: Thanks.
