The files with the "false" at the end should be at the same folder like the "description.lua". (.dds is not important at the lua-file)
The files with "true" at the end are at the standard texture folder from the uh-1, \DCS World\Bazar\Textures\uh-1
PS: It was my fault. I forgot the description.lua. Just copy paste the information from above to txt-editor and save it as "description.lua" into the folder with the skin-files.
