  2. Thanks Olivier ! It should be released soon, I'm testing it "in-game", I must admit it is an excellent AAA unit :D I will may be remove the MG-42, it is almost impossible to bomb it with the Mustang without been shot down.

  4. Quick update, I've reworked the entire shape, it looks now more like an accurate "U-Boat Type VII", need to improve textures again and to add an AAA gun on the rear ;)

  7. Hi Guys, as I am working on a "U-Boat like" mod, I wanted to know if someone has an argument list for ground/naval units ? I already have the LOMAC arg list for airplanes but wondered if it exists a list for other units ? Many thanks in advance for your help ! I'm still getting issues with the turret animation because it is placed on the rear side of the ship. It seems to behave well if placed on the front. (It is my first unit mod with help of others kindly members, none would have it been possible without them)

  13. Still working on this ship, the hull has been reworked with some reference photos, still not 100% accurate. It needs some more work on the top (don't know how to name it in english, we call it "Kiosque" in french ;) )

  15. Agree with that, as far as the AK47 soldiers are way to effective in the sim ! I tried to change the loadout of my Huey with Miniguns, but that didn't worked Mission story is nice though ;)
  16. Thanks for the tip Haddock ! I've in a first time simply put values to "0" in the Specular & Glossiness parameters ! This did the trick ! Hi guys, as I am still working on this U-Boat and learning how to export some models & textures to DCS, I am not a 3DS artist, I only worked in the past on Maya & Rhino, I managed to export well 3d mesh & UVMaps from Maya to Max, this is a "test 3d model", Does someone knows why do I get those strange glossy effects on my model ? I bet there is something to tweak in the "material editor" ? Thanks !
